"This is a beautiful hotel - the views are stunning and the people delightful. Diana particularly could not have made us feel more welcome or do enough for you. It is further out of Dubrovnik than we had anticipated so probably best to have a car even though driving into the old town in the height of summer is not recommended. If you want a peaceful break, with excellent food (but be aware that you eat what they have on the day - I loved that, albeit expensive, but some may find that restrictive)...

"B&B really hard to find no signs outside showing where it is….apartment lovely and only 10 minutes away from Dubrovnik old town on the bus….I did complain on the 2nd day that shower was flooding the bathroom floor this was never fixed I was there 5 days….bathroom stunk from dirty towels soaking up all the leaked water from shower….I did show this to hotel staff….never offered to clean this up…I had to ask for more clean towels…and toilet rolls….nothing gets offered…breakfast not the best….I...

"We were very pleased to stay at Toni's guesthouse. Toni was especially helpful and easy to communicate with, and staying with him certainly sweetened our visit to Dubrovnik. The listing is accurate. Pool and breakfast were delightful. Our room was on the smaller side, which is fine for a couple of nights. Parking is available in a secluded by adjacent parking lot at the city's Zone 3 rates -- plan to turn right through an archway a bit before the main walking-only entrance to Toni's guesthouse....

"We were a group of 5 female adults who stayed in this beautiful house for 4 nights. Communication with the hosts was excellent. We arrived in Cavtat at noon and were shown to the house where we could leave our luggage and head down the numerous steps to the harbour to have lunch until check in at 4. The host messaged at 3.30 to let us know the house was ready. The house is beautiful with plenty of space inside and out. It is clean, well furnished and the views are simply stunning. "Fabulous hotel with exceptional staff and facilities. We were upgraded to a Deluxe room overlooking the sea, the view was incredibly beautiful at sunrise. The pianist playing at breakfast and during the evening was very relaxing. The spa, indoor pool and other facilities were excellent. Even though it was November we were able to swim in the sea and the outdoor pool. The hotel is in a great location for the old town and also for the port and some other beaches up the coast. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a luxury stay in Dubrovnik."

"I wouldnt recommend walking to the hotel with huge bags. Get taxi or bus. It is on a hill, serviced by local buses. But the hotel itself is great, staff fantastic and just close enough (20-30) min walk between Old Town and where all the other hotels are in Lapad (30 mins other directon). Released pleased we books this hotel rather than one further out in Lapad ."
