"Wirklich großartiges Preis-Leistungsvethältnis. Schön gelegen, schöner weg zum Strand. Tennisplatz, Pool und Tischtennis und noch mehr kleine Extras im Preis enthalten, einfach super. Der Inhaber ist freundlich und gibt gerne Tipps. Kleine Mankos: Die Anlage ist teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Ausstattung der Küche ist relativ überschaubar, aber ausreichend. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden vielleicht einen halben Stern abziehen. "

"The location is fantastic, inside a green area and close to the beach. Beautiful view of the sea from house. The residence is very clean and nice with a new swimming pool and a bar. The service and director are nice and available every time to helps"

We contacted reception the next morning and were told dismissively by the owner that someone would check the issue after we went out to the beach. "Struttura abbastanza deludente, a cominciare dal fatto che lenzuola e asciugamani sono un extra per il quale vengono richiesti 20 euro a testa senza la possibilità di cambio durante la settimana, a meno di pagare nuovamente. Trattandosi di un residence e non di un appartamento privato, è stata una brutta sorpresa così come il fatto che mancasse tutto (sapone, asciugacapalli, carta igienica). Pulizia davvero scarsa, l'appartamento era piuttosto sporco e nessuno si è presentato per dare una...

"Sehr gemütlich und familiär, der Pool mit der Aussicht auf die umliegenden grünen Hügel und auf das Städtchen Capoliveri war das Tüpfelchen auf dem i. Die Ferienwohnung war sauber und komfortabel. Besonders schön war auch der Aussensitzplatz. Die Inhaberfamilie war sehr herzlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder. An den Strand gehts mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten."

"La struttura si presenta bella grande, con piscina e servizi, purtroppo il servizio non è stato all'altezza della struttura, nonostante i 4 giorni, 3 notti, passate in struttura, non ci è stata cambiata la biancheria, (asciugamani da doccia e bagno) e nemmeno rifatti i letti la 2 notte, trovata la camera come lasciata la mattina, quindi nemmeno pulita. La mattina alle ore 7,30 non vi era nessuno in reception, era chiusa completamente......... "

"Bilocale pulito e ordinato, unica pecca il letto matrimoniale che erano due letti singoli, uno dei quali era un divano(un po’ scomodo) e da sotto usciva l’altro letto (abbastanza comodo). Reception poco curata, piscina pulita e ampia. Situato molto bene per raggiungere quasi tutti i luoghi e le spiagge. L’aeroporto adiacente disturba poco o niente, gli aerei sono piccoli e con poca frequenza."

Great hotel near the beach - ocean view

"Pros: Great beach; restaurant in the hotel; near the beach; great ocean view; free parking; free towels for guests to use at the beach (ask at the reception). Cons: Lots of stairs to get e to the beach; and only one restaurant option to dine in (the hotel one). But you can drive only 5 minutes to get to another town with lots of good restaurants and shopping options. Would definitely stay again here as the beach felt more private and less touristic than in other towns of the island. The restaurant service is amazing, has nice ocean view, and the food is good, but it’s a little pricy when compared to other restaurants in the island. "

Road Noise, beach unpleasant

"Most things overall were OK and the house itself has nice antiques and pretty antique hardware, and nice outdoor patio Host is responsive, but wants a heavy cash deposit for the house and again for the kayaks. The view is lovely. The kayaks are heavy & difficult to use because you have to cross the busy road with them. The beach is used for a dog play area and smells quite bad. N to be or to swim. "
