Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space in Cavendish, NL with a view of Trinity Bay. This home is located just over an hour outside of St. John's. Close to Pitcher's Pond golf course, walking trails, swimming areas and the colorful Cavendish beach sheds. 20 minutes from Dildo Brewery.

Relax and enjoy a fire or BBQ on the deck. Unwind in the private hot tub & enjoy a game of pool in the downstairs games room.

This home is spacious enough for 8 but cozy enough for 2!

The space
Our newly renovated property features three bedrooms (a king room, a queen room and a room with two twin beds), 2.5 bathrooms and a large open concept living and kitchen area. We also have a sofa futon and a roll away cot, allowing us to sleep up to 8 guests comfortably. Downstairs you will find a games room complete with pool table, card table and a living area including a television. We also have a restored 1970s record/8 track player. Throughout the home you will find some original pieces of furniture we restored during the renovation process.

Our hot tub seats 7 and has shoulder massagers and a blue tooth sound system. You will also find a BBQ, propane fire pit and a wood fire pit area outside for your enjoyment.

Cavendish is a very picturesque little community that we also call home. On any given day you will find yourself surrounded by the beauty of nature. Watch for ice bergs, whales, birds, moose and other wildlife. Walk along the beach to see the colorful sheds or swim at the local round pond swimming area. Along Route 80 (Baccalieu Trail) you will find many hiking/walking trails, beaches, cafes and gift shops.

You will find a guidebook in the home with further details about the property and local area.

Guest access
Guests have access to all living space in the home aside from locked storage areas for supplies/utilities.

Please refrain from walking on the newly landscaped areas while our baby grass grows.
