Buyer beware!
Did not recieve check in instructions as indicated, had to call the local property manager to request them.
Then when we arrived, the cottage had not been cleaned from the previous guests, dirty kitchen, bathroom, linens, etc. Local property managers were unable to send someone that night and promised to send someone in the morning, but did not. After additional follow up they finally sent someone to clean the property 22 hours after our original check in time.
Complained to the host via Expedia chat. They did not even bother to respond.
Thankfully was able to get a refund by filling a complaint directly with Expedia.
