"Check in was great, easy, and very informative; I forget the name of the girl who helped us. The server in the skybar was awesome and friendly, she offered a great customer service. Not so happy with the bartender; blond, fit guy with a beard. Earlier I had a few drinks at the bar and, for some reason, he decide to include the service fee to my check although I was only one person; I understand you usually add this to bigger parties.
