"The location was fantastic and the seclusion was wonderful. The view was beautiful. The mini split struggled to keep up with the 19 degree nights. The metal bed on the ground floor was unsteady and when we first sat on it, a nut fell off. Would love to see a toilet roll holder of some fashion. The deadbolt needs reajusting as it will not lock the cabin. Overall it was a good stay. "

"First of all I will say the owner is very nice and she is great about communicating. The home is very cute however it needs a little updating and cleaning. The direct tv was out which is due to the storms but that I feel should have been checked before the day of our arrival. We had no internet or cable so we used our jet pack which in turn ran out of internet:( The spiders and ants where terrible but there was also food left on the shelf and in the fridge/freezer. "I was a bit concerned with the neighborhood. It was a bit rundown and construction was going on, but the house was great.The construction is a good sign that things are improving in that area. It was very welcoming and everything we needed was available. We especially liked the Christmas tree and decorations. Firewood was provided for the firepit, which we enjoyed. We thoroughly loved our little Christmas getaway. "
