"Check in with the portal was a hassle. Took longer to receive safe lock code and instructions. Then once we got to our room, getting ready to go to bed… that’s when we noticed there were bed bugs! We called to customer service and we were glad they accommodated us a different room."

Sadly, we went during the COVID-19 outbreak, but we needed a mental health getaway. Amenities were not open, stores were closed... but it worked for us because we just needed to get out of my small apartment and be somewhere else.
