"grade A for what most people would consider a Roach/Kat/Ice motel. there were no fights, and it was very peaceful. if you're rating them on cleanliness, you already know it's phenomenal: 1/3 of the people working there is top tier in cleanin', and he does a great job. there is no continental breakfast (they can't take it down), so don't take it out on them because you're cranky. just go get some coffee. It's good, tastes like mcdonalds black, and IYKYK, go get some creamer if from the casey's...

"We arrived too late at night to go snywhere else. The buildings are falling apart, with old broken furniture outside the rooms. Our room had dried blood in the bathroom and on one of the beds. The door kmob was broken so we pushed a chair against it. Someone came knocking on our door looking for someone else. Its more of place that people rent a room monthly than nightly"

"As others have shared, this house is exceptionally clean, the neighborhood is safe, the beds are comfortable, and the house is lovely. The hosts reply to all questions nearly immediately. "The property was clean and we had no issues. Very quiet neighborhood but be aware the railroad is close by and you will hear occasional trains. Didnt bother us! Tyler was very communicative and helpful and is a gracious host. Cave City doesnt have much open but a coffee shop, but we used this location as our base to explore southern Kentucky. It is perfect for that!"
