"Lovely gardens and nice rooms. However, overall it was a disappointing experience for a 5* hotel, as it simply was not a 5* experience; same breakfast every day and often running out of items, tapas restaurant was very poor value for money with insufficient staff to run it, no pool service or extra pool towels available, you need a car as there is no beach access and no regular shuttle service, also at the beach there are no beds arranged for hotel guests. Would not recommend spending a week here or that it is good value for money"
