The Eilen Estate, listed as a 3-star Tourist Residence in Cavalaire sur Mer, is at the gateway to the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. Natural wild sites and a diversity of landscapes mixing the beauty of the blue waters, traditional villages, exceptional views, the smells and tastes of Provence, the Var department offers an unique environment. Nestled at the bottom of a splendid bay, Cavalaire sur Mer is at the entrance to the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, between Lavandau and Sainte Maxime. The Eilen Estate chose to nestle 900m from the sea and its splendid bay, in a lovely residential setting. With its unobstructed view of the Provençal hinterland and its mainly south-facing aspect, the estate offers you a state-of-the art villa with non-heated individual swimming pool (open from mid-May to mid-November, depending on the weather), installed on a private estate. The villa is luxuriously furnished and fully equipped. You will find a decorative fireplace in the living room, a luxury kitchen with dishwasher and appliances, a washing machine and dryer. The villa disposes of three bedrooms, of which one with a double bed and two with each two single beds, two bathrooms with shower and toilet and a separate toilet. The villa has a covered patio and a very large garden with a large private pool. The size of the garden is 200 m². There is also a parking spot and garage next to the villa. *It is obligatory to pay for electricity when staying in the period from November, 5 until March, 26: €60 per week.
