In Cavalaire-sur-Mer, Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming 40 m² air-conditioned apartment with swimming pool, less than a kilometer from the beach, which can comfortably accommodate 4 travelers. Located on the 1st floor (with elevator), it comprises an attractive 18 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom and a bathroom (with shower). Bed linen and towels are included. We're waiting for you!

Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut - alles für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt vorhanden. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. 🙁 Leider hat die starke Geruchsbelästigung in der Dusche sehr gestört. Das Füllen der Syphons von Waschbecken und Dusche war nicht die Ursache. Der Abzug müsste wohl gereinigt werden."

La Castillane "Nous avons trouvé un appartement pratique, spacieux, proche de la plage. Mais déçu de la propreté, salle de bain et des toilettes sales. Sol sale également.. Nous avons commencé notre séjour à faire du ménage ( bébé de 10 mois qui fait du 4 pattes c'est quand même mieux propre). L'eau sale du précédent nettoyage toujours dans le seau, idem les poussières dans le ramasse poussière, les draps précédents qui traine de l'etendoir sur le sol de la terrasse. Par contre ne vous attendez pas non plus à avoir un kit de nettoyage, aucun produit dans l'appartement,pas de produits vaisselle ,d'éponge, de papier toilette, ou de sac poubelle .Après 12 heures de route l'urgence était donc d'aller en course pour pouvoir nettoyer l'appartement. Prévoir également une vérification sur les ampoules cuisine HS et les piles de télécommande box HS aussi. Cependant nous avons passé un séjour paisible et reposant. Dans une très belle région. L'appartement est spacieux. Sans parler l'hygiène c'est très bien..."

La Castillane "Nous avons pu accéder à la location avec 2h30 de retard car le ménage n’avait pas été fait et nous avons été prévenus à l’heure de l’arrivée initiale, nous avons donc dû patienter sur place. De plus, la personne sur site avait un comportement agressif et ne nous a présenté pas d’excuse, bien au contraire. Nous n’avons pas eu de proposition de dédommagement de la part de l’agence malgré nos appels pour exprimer notre mécontentement. Nous ne recommandons pas cet appartement."
