"This hotel is what made our stay in Ragus Ibla so wonderful. Laura is amazing with all that she does! The rooms are beautiful and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with so many homemade options. The location was great since you're already in the old town (Ibla) and can easily walk from the hotel to the duomo and cafes. We will definitely stay there again!"

"location is amazing, 5 mintues away from the nearest supermarket to collect any materials you would like to cook, seafood market across the street, everything within walking distance including the train station. The most important thing I would like to mention is the most hospitable frontdesk ladies, they make you feel like you walk back to your home that has not been visited for a long time "

"This was a beautiful property with extremely kind and friendly people working there! Great service and you are treated like family. The pool was a nice perk and the grounds were excellent with many places to sit and relax. Would not hesitate to return!"

"Staff was very friendly and helpful for check-in during after hours. Place was really clean and nice, really worth the price. Coffee (good quality!) and water bottles are always available in the kitchenette. Breakfast included is from a restaurant downstairs and they have really good coffee and pastries. Highly recommended!"

"Well kept room just outside of the main region of town - easy walking distance, and close to street parking (EasyPark Payment App), or to a parking station just around the corner (more expensive). Instructions to access the property were provided via whatsapp and were easy to follow. Airconditioning available as room was quite warm after a warm-ish day. Overall nicely presented room and bathroom."

"Property is lovely with beautiful terrace that overlooks Ragusa Ibla and where breakfast is served. Vincenzo was very helpful and kind and made our stay very enjoyable. Worth mentioning to get to the hotel there are a few steps, so those who are walking impaired will not be able to get to the hotel"

"Horrible. Reservamos por la mañana habitación, realizando el pago y estando la reserva confirmada en dos emails por hoteles.com. Cuando llegamos por la tarde nos dijeron que no tenían sitio para nosotros. Que habían vendido nuestra habitación. Nos tocó buscar otro sitio por la zona de última hora y teniendo que pagar mucho más por la habitación. En el hotel ni se molestaron en ayudarnos o darnos alguna alternativa. "Great little hotel, very close walking distance to the key sights and restaurants to visit in Ragusa Ibla. Very clean as well. The only thing to note is that the hotels.com posting mentions parking but this is actually on street parking a few minutes walk away dependant on availability and not guaranteed. "

"The property has very nice updated rooms, kitchenette, and great location. It’s an interesting place with old filmmaking cameras and memorabilia. The staff is wonderful. They were very helpful and accommodating. Parking in Ortigia is difficult. The staff helped us with a valet service which worked out well. "
