A bedroom with a 140 cm bed for 2 people, storage cupboard with wardrobe and shelves, an EAST window.
A sleeping area with 2 bunk beds, and storage cupboard.

Private ski cellar.
With inside, 1 travel cot, 1 high chair, 2 bunk bed protection bars and a stepladder.

The "Etchéona" residence is located in the center of Cauterets close to all amenities, restaurants, shops, ski rental companies and 200m from the swimming pool, cinema and the Esplanade des Œufs. Ideal for not using your car. 350m from the gondola which takes you to the slopes of the Cirque du Lys, it benefits from an “everything on foot” location.

Optional service at preferential rates: sheets, towel, Wifi box, 2-hour pass at the rock bath.

Fonctionnel et très bien placé
Séjour effectué en Mars 2024. Appartement très bien placé entre le télécabine et le centre ville au quatrième et dernier étage de l'immeuble. Attention, l'ascenseur de l'immeuble ne va que jusqu'au troisième étage. Une entrée à l'arrière de l'immeuble au troisième étage permet un accès direct aux télécabines à quelques dizaines de mètres, aux thermes et à un parking public extérieur gratuit. Immeuble au calme malgré la proximité du centre ville. Placard dans les deux chambres mais celle dans la chambre avec lits superposés manque d'étagères malheureusement. La literie est de qualité. Kitchenette fonctionnelle et avec quelques rangements pour les provisions. Il manquerait 3/4 assiettes pour que le lave-vaisselle puisse être lancé quand il est plein. L'appartement était propre à notre arrivée. Le point noir de cet appartement pour nous a été l'absence de connexion internet et le prix de la location d'une box est rédhibitoire.
