"The property is not called New Modern Ocean View - very misleading for locating the complex. Local cab drivers or Uber drivers had difficulty finding it, the name of this property is HP Boutique Del Mar. The property is about two years old and is still going through growing pains.The property manager who has the office in the building speaks English and was a great help with issues we presented her with. "The views from this home were amazing! Morning you woke up to the chirps of birds and the ocean in front of you. The home was very comfortable and had everything you needed. The bathrooms and bedrooms were spacious and every room had great views. The best part was that this was a gated community, so the beach was like a private beach that would be shared by Casa Bonita and Westin folks. These two are big buildings that can be seen from anywhere in Panama City! The beach is Westin is accessible...

"I'm late doing my review but I had a wonderful experience in Panama and a wonderful experience staying in Amador in Esteban's condo! I will most certainly be back and would love to stay there again. "Had an amazing time at Esteban's condo. Spent a week working from there (fast and reliable internet) and watching ships go by. You really have a front-row seat to all the action in the canal. And I can't stress enough what a great host Esteban is. He does speak perfect English. He picks you up at the airport and then stops at a supermarket with you (since the shopping options are limited if you're without a car), AND gives you a quick tour of the city.
