"We had our gift package taken from our room the second day of our stay. Package was placed on top of a sofa-bed, so it would never be mistaken as garbage on the floor! The package was returned by house keeping same day when we asked at the front desk. Not a good feeling at all."

"The staff at this hotel was wonderful! Sammy, Andy and another gentleman that I did not catch the name of saved my day! They helped me with a lost phone situation and I actually was able to retrieve the phone! I want to thank them and all the staff there at Royal plaza! Thank you so much!
