The Space:
On the ground floor of this cute home, you’ll find a large entrance way leading to the WC area with a sink. There is a spacious kitchen with the necessary amenities and a gorgeous staircase leading to the first floor.

On the first floor you'll be enticed by the first bedroom featuring beautiful hardwood floors rustic wooden beams, and plenty of sunlight.

There is also a second bedroom/study with a single bed that features a second mattress ideal for short stays for an additional person.

Also on this floor, you'll find the shower room, perfect for everyday use.

Heading to the top floor, you'll be awe-inspired by the spacious living space featuring stone walls, rustic wooden beams, and lovely hardwood floors. This stunning living space leads to the property's sun terrace where you'll spend your afternoons enjoying rosé with your favorite novel under the French sun.


Important notes: During the COVID-19 epidemic, we ensure the cleaning and hygiene of the accommodation, following the recommendations of the official government health measures website. Late arrivals and departures are possible at extra cost. On arrival, you'll find all you need for your vacation: washing-up liquid, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, detergent and sponges. Household linen (tea towel and bath mat) is included. Bed linen and towels are not included in the price, as our customers generally prefer to save this cost, which would be automatically included. However, we do offer a complete set of bed and bath linen as an option. For this accommodation, please contact us for the price. It can be ordered and paid for after booking. A mandatory \intermediate cleaning" package is charged at the time of booking and corresponds to the disinfection and preparation of the house between two tenants.
However, the house must not be left dirty when the tenants leave. We ask our tenants to leave the house in the same condition as they found it on arrival (kitchen and bathroom clean, fridge and cupboards emptied, no visible dirt, garbage cans removed, etc.) If the house is left dirty, the tenant will have a deduction from the deposit for the extra time spent cleaning the house, at the rate of 35€/hour. The tenant will be informed without delay by message via the platforms, sms or email, with photo(s) and/or video(s). offer our tenants who don't want to think about cleaning before their departure, a "full cleaning" package which will be charged at 30€/hour.
