"Beautifully maintained and decorated house, with everything you could want for a comfortable stay in this interesting part of Roussillon, in the foothills of the Pyrenees. "Good welcome. English spoken. Modern lift, large well laid out room. Comfortable beds, extra blanket, Fridge with two bottles of water. Kettle with tea and coffee. Wifi, Large walk in shower - plenty of hot water Good parking right out side the door or underground - small payment. In fact everything you could need and more. The restaurant, too was excellent - choice of French or Vietnamese cuisine, good wine list all at a very reasonable price all cooked on the premises. The pintade (guinea fowl) was amazing. As was the creme brulee. We will DEFINATELY be staying there again and would heartily recommend this hotel and its food."

"Super hotel. Staff are really friendly and helpful. The hotel is set in lovely grounds with a pool. The room had a balcony and working air conditioning. There is no EV charging on site but there's a McDonalds a very short distance away with rapid chargers. Really glad we found this hotel, it was an enjoyable stay. "

"We were in this part of the Pyrenees for the first time, and Aurelie and Jo made it very easy for us to find the most amazing Via Ferrata experience, pick the perfect beach, select the right restaurants, etc. The house offers everything one might need for a relaxing stay in the mountains, yet maintains the character of a gite. Strongly recommended. "

"Our extended family group (2 families + grandparent+visiting friends) had a fabulous stay at Martin's holiday home. The children in our group loved the pool and spent hours in it, while the adults especially enjoyed breakfasts and dinners in the beautiful garden, all accompanied by the sound of fresh running water from the mountains. The many bedrooms are lovely and comfortable, the kitchen is large and a joy to cook in, and, again, the garden is idyllic. Martin himself is a fantastic host, kind and thoughtful, and he went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. (He even pleasantly tolerated the children advising him to install a water park in the yard, an arcade in the house, etc. The adults did not agree with this advice.) The area has many attractions, including hikes, markets, beautiful nearby towns, vineyards, waterfalls, and more. A day trip to Collioures to swim in the Mediterranean was easy and fun, too. We did so many things in our two weeks, and Martin's historic hotel was the perfect home for us while we did them. We all highly recommend staying here and would ourselves love to do so again.
