"First let me say the property manager was amazing! When we first arrived we ran into some issues with a large amount of dead Asian Beetles in the house after a brief warm front blew through. This is an old building so totally normal (it happens). We made the property manager aware and they were immediately responsive with the offer to use a different property but we decided to allow them to clean it as we didn’t figure any more bugs would show due to the current cold temps now. "We did enjoy our stay. Apartment was clean. It was a cute place to stay and definitely worth the price. The issues I had were not major but I do feel they need to be mentioned just so the owner can be aware.The only issues were the bathroom sink doesn't drain quickly, and it was a little chilly but the heaters did their job.. "We were in town for a friends wedding. This place was only 12 minutes from the venue. We brought my brother and his fiance to watch our kids with us. This place was very nice with plenty of room for all of us. We played outside and had plenty of privacy. It was a 30 minute drive to the St Louis Zoo which we visited. Overall, great place and very friendly seller."
