Pocasset Village is a beautiful community close to beaches, shops, and many restaurants including, Lobster Trap, Courtyard, Buccatinos and a short ride to Falmouth Center. Bring your kayak or paddleboard to launch at the end of the street or over to the quaint beach of Bassets Island.

Nice location but not as described
The home is listed as having a king size bed. It was very disappointing to find an old full (maybe queen) size mattress in the master bedroom which is caved in the middle. It made for a terrible night sleep the one night we both tried to sleep on it. Aside from that, the home was in a great location and located close to restaurants, groceries, etc...
