"Called the house guest when traveling to see if the check in time was central or eastern time but couldn’t get in touch with anyone. Went to the property after 4 on central time and entered the house and the security alarm went off. Was able to find a number to call in a Vrbo email to contact someone. The police arrived, and eventually got the alarm turned off. Several hours later I received calls from the host guest and property owner apologizing and asking if everything was okay. After that...

"This is a perfect place on the lake. So peaceful, beautiful and easy to get around. We could get to Auburn without any problems. Don't miss out staying at one of Howard and his wife's houses. They take get pride in making your stay comfortable and memorable!!"

"Visited on my husband’s break in between turning green ceremony and AIT and it was perfect! Safe and quiet neighborhood which I was worried about! It was the perfect distance away from fort Moore but close to restaurants and shops. Host was so helpful and quick in responding! 11/10 recommend, booking again for future Columbus stays!!"

The kitchen had everything that we needed to prepare the food that we brought with us. The other houses in the area left a little to be desired, but we would highly recommend this cabin for a family getaway or weekend trip for a couple."
