"The three rooms, bedroom, lounge and bathroom were spotless. The location was 10 minutes from train station and close to main street. There were breakfast coupons included for you to go to one of the cafes for coffee and crossant. There were 2 tvs and aircon.. everything worked well. Emailed owner re arrival time and he was there to meet us. Nice man although limited english my partner understood Italian). Lovely place to stay "

"We made a reservation for this place, not really knowing what we were getting into on the way from Crotone to Soverato. "Modern B&B in a converted apartment building. A little difficult to find (other guests staying also had the same problem) as it shows the back entrance on Google maps. Plenty of free, secure parking available once inside. Make sure to notify the property when you are arriving as it is not staffed all the time. Lovely host though. Property is out of town but not a problem if you have a car."

"We spent 10 days in your house. Beyond the holidays and the time that inevitably passes too quickly, we had an unforgettable stay here. "Big unit and ac worked but that’s about it. Weekly clean and towel change only. Everything including pool shut down from 2-5pm in 45C heat?? Espresso and food overpriced by triple than everywhere else. More of a unit rental and your on your own. You can get a hotel for what I paid with full service in a major tourist area rather than this place. Tired building and far from beach, staff service non existent in any front. Seemed like they didn’t want to be there or help."
