Xenios B&B what wonerdul Hosts!
WHat makes Xenios B&B so wonderful is not just that it is in the heart of Catania close to everything yet is quiet and peaceful and full of Scilian charm it is the warm, friendly, fun company of Nicolas & Lianna who are the best B&B Hosts we have ever come across. Every morning we looked forwad to breakfast knowing that we would be treated to a delicious Scilian breakfast (a different delicious sweet Ravioli, fruit, juice & Coffee...yum!) but also we knew that we would be also treated to a humerous and informative chat with our Hosts who told us about the so many good things to do in this fascinating part of Italy.The accomodation is enchantingly olde world with vaulted ceilings and darkened rooms which give wonderful protection from the heat and though it certainly is not lavish it is really authentic. Lucky you if you manage to get a booking as this is one of the Best - Thank you Nicolas & Lianna from your Irish guests we'll definitely be back

Ottima accoglienza, il Sig. Nicola e sua moglie sono molto cordiali, raccontano molto notizie interessanti sulla città. La struttura è pulita, ma l'ingresso del palazzo non è molto curato. La colazione è molto abbondante: cornetto, frutta fresca, biscotti ecc. Se cercate una struttura dove oltre ad un letto ed una colazione ci sia anche un rapporto con i proprietari questo è il posto giusto.

Gute Lage aber.....
Super freundlich aber schnuddelige abgewohnte Wohnung. Keine Toilette und Bad im Zimmer ( Gemeinschaftsbad ) und das schmutzig !!! Zimmer Katastrophe und dreckig. Tolle Lage.
