A Casa di Milena is an apartment recently refurbished in the heart of old Catania. It's 100 meters far from Teatro Massimo (historical and elegant Opera House) square and you can reach all the most relevant and interesting places in Catania (Piazza Duomo, Via Crociferi, Castello Ursino, etc.) in a very few minutes walk.

The apartment is located in a central and lively neighbour where you can find all you need into the many shops along the street. It is also near to Borsellino bus station and central train station (both reachable in ten minutes walk). You can easily move from/to the airport or any other destination in Sicily.

The apartment is around 60 square meters large and consists of a kitchen, a living room, a relax room (equipped with sofa-bed, cd/dvd/mp3/radio player and wireless internet connection) two bathrooms and a bedroom with a standard double bed.

I am an enthusiastic and curious person. This is why I like to travel and have people as guests.

Too many steps
Apt.was very clean and well appointted.We had trouble with the stairs.We had a lot of luggage and had 3 flights to climb.TV did not work and owners did not seem to think that was an issue.

Central Catania apartment
The apartment was roomy and very centrally located. The water pressure wasn't great. There were no windows to the outside so we couldn't see anything. Also, we had to walk up 2 long flights of stairs with our suitcases. Milena was there to greet us and was very helpful in explaining things to us.

Easy to walk to the different neighborhoods and explore Catania! Property was just like the description. We had an easy time meeting with Milena upon checkin and she was a great resource of local spots and restaurants!

Location was great
Location was in walking distance to everything, restaurants, stores, activities! The apartment was cute, however, the AC unit was weak so we were warm. The owner did supply us with a water bottle upon arrival, which was a welcome treat, only wish there would have been more than 3 coffee pods for two people for three days. Be prepared to pay for parking, it’s not easy to find. All in all it was a great trip to Catania!

Excellent Location
Milena and her husband were excellent hosts. The apartment was very nice, and everything we needed had been provided. We were able to locate a parking space directly in front of the apartment. We did not use our car the entire stay, as everything we wanted was within walking distance. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Great Holliday
Charming flat, excellently central but busy street. Atmospheric late evening family noises from neighbor always stopped by 10 pm. Excellent local restaurants. Easy walk to train & bus stations. Excellent base for seeing Sicily.

Mit vielen liebevollen Details z.B. Teebeutel,Kaffee,Sonnenschirmen,Spüli,Waschmittel,Regenschirmen und Gewürze.Die Küche ist gut Ausgestattet und es gibt einen großen Kühl-und Gefrierschrank.Wir waren trozdem immer essen den die Restaurants sind super und günstig. Alles ist super fußläufig zu erreichen.Getränke direkt nebenan .Bäcker 100m.Bars oder Restaurants 200m. Aber die Wohnung ist super ruhig und Kühl(Klimaanlage), hat nur Fenster in einen schmalen Lichthof das störte uns aber nicht.Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub

Abbiamo trascorso dei giorni fantastici a casa di Milena, che si è distinta per la sua gentilezza e cordialità. La casa è molto bella e pulita e con tutti i confort necessari, oltre ad essere ubicata molto vicino a via Etnea. Grazie davvero per il fantastico soggiorno. Torneremo sicuramente.

Appartement bien situé au centre ville
Nous avons passé à deux, dix jours très agréables dans l' appartement de Milena qui correspond tout à fait à la description de l' annonce. La principale qualité de ce lieu est qu' il est situé prés du centre historique. D' autre part la proximité de la gare et des autobus régionaux fait qu' il est très facile, en séjournant à Catane, de joindre Taormine, Syracuse, l' Etna...De plus, notre hôtesse Milena nous a bien accueillis et nous a exposé les divers intérêts de la ville et de la région. Un seul bémol : la cuisine est très petite. André et Nicole.

schöne Wohnung mitten in der Stadt
Eine schöne Wohnung (ein bisschen dunkel, was aber im Hochsommer und bei 40°C sicherlich recht angenehm ist) und perfekt gelegen, um Catania zu entdecken. Milena und Edoardo waren sehr gute Gastgeber, die uns tolle Tipps (Restaurants, Ausflüge etc.) gegeben haben. Sehr zu empfehlen!
