"WOW!!! This condo is absolutely stunning – clean, with high-end furnishings and everything you need for a perfect stay. The activity closet is stocked with items ideal for enjoying the outdoors at Hamilton Cove. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, making our morning coffee and evening wine sessions delightful. The bed was extremely comfortable, complete with luxurious linens. We were thoroughly impressed by the recent remodel. Rimas, our host, was a pleasure to deal with – upfront, responsive, and full of great local dining tips. The addition of the electric cart was a fantastic touch! It's clean, reliable, and made navigating Avalon a breeze. In short, our stay was wonderful from start to finish. Everything was just perfect. A huge thank you to Rimas for an unforgettable experience. We'll definitely be back! "

"In one word: WOW! I truly don't even know where to begin with this property. Out of the many rentals we have stayed at over the years, nothing compares to this Catalina Island paradise. This property is truly a gem, but what makes it so special is honestly the owners/host, Catalina Dream Vacations. From the original time of booking to check-out, Amber provided us wirh top-notch communication and not only met but far exceeded our expectations. Then, there's the actual unit. This condo has the most gorgeous views and it is the quietest place we have ever stayed at, which was absolutely perfect for my husband and I since we were there for a 20-year anniversary "redo" since I wound up in urgent care two years ago when we were on a trip to celebrate back then. The decor is so cute, the bed is extremely comfortable, the use high-quality linens...I even found two things that I loved so much that I ordered them for our own home while we were staying there. If you're looking for a magical getaway in Catalina, don't bother wasting your time looking any further and just BOOK THIS PLACE NOW. You will not regret it!!! "My husband and I looked forward to staying at this property as soon as we booked it. It did not disappoint! From the start, Brent was fully available to answer our questions and ensure we had a perfect stay. When we arrived to the island, the golf cart was parked in Avalon and ready for us to drive! We enjoyed an early check-in with no difficulties accessing the condo. The condo itself is breathtaking! It is clean, bright, scenic, and has all the basic amenities. It might be helpful to know the condo does not have a washer and dryer. There is a shared laundry room, but I am not certain if visitors have access. The check-out process is also easy. The rules are fair and simple. If you have not traveled to Catalina Island or the condo, these traveler tips might help: 1) If your boat arrives before check-in, there is a station where you can check your luggage for a cash only fee. 2) You can access the condo from the top of the hill by the golf cart parking space. You will need to carry your luggage back up the 53 steps but there are handrails and places to stop if needed. The steps are also small. (Thank you to Brent and past reviews for this one). 3) The Casino area has extended parking hours for golf carts. Walking from there to the downtown area is quick and easy. This property is definitely a favorite. We will be back! "

"Beautiful view! Adequate accommodations and delightful balcony overlooking the ocean. A bit hard on the knees due to walking several flights of stairs to get in and out of the condo. Great for people with good knees. We had a fantastic time. Thank you 😊 "
