When our daughter, who is a senior was given her choice in Spring Break trips, she didn't hesitate to pick this beautiful place, and we couldn't have had a better time. "This was amazing! Cat Island offered privacy, beauty, and a true island experience. It is very natural and we saw so much wildlife and enjoyed exploring the area. The island contact and caretaker, Harrison, made our trip extra special! He showed my kids how to pick and prepare coconuts, brought us to his beautiful farm and gifted us some conch shells! When you bring them back to the states, they must go in your checked luggage otherwise they will confiscate them at customs. The locals were very kind and there is a feeling of safety there. The gate house was very clean and had an abundance of towels and many areas to soak in the sun and listen to the ocean. We appreciate it the pool a lot, and there are also beaches nearby that were incredible and we felt like we had the island all to ourselves. We enjoyed snorkeling on the property and they also had kayaks with a pond nearby. Da Pink Chicken is a little island bar that’s open from about 2 to 6 on the weekends and is within walking distance. This place was a real find and we will be back!! If you want to get away from it all, this is the place "

"The ocean view is the trump card of Ocean View Coral. The living area (kitchen, dining table comfy seating) all share an unobstructed view of powder white sand beach, gorgeous blue water dotted with coral formations and palm trees and sea grass along the sand dunes. The expansive ocean facing deck runs the full width of the villa and can be accessed from the 2 spacious ensuite bedrooms as well as the living area. Another plus is the restaurant at Greenwood Resort which is a 20 minute walk along the beach or 5 minute drive. We enjoyed several dinners there and took a great snorkel trip with Antoine.The villa is well equipped and well maintained, although it needs a generator. We were without power 2 mornings, which meant no water from the taps. I would advise arranging with Lana the property manager to have the villa pre-stocked with groceries and water or shop in New Bight immediately when you land. Driving is a challenge due to road conditions. But the endless beach, beautiful ocean and stunning sunrises in front of Ocean View Coral and the beautiful people of Cat Island made our trip unforgettable."

"Relaxed, beautiful beach views, lulled to sleep nightly to the sound of the surf, with a full kitchen, two bedrooms each with double (full) beds, two very nice bath/shower room. Manager two properties down and so responsive and helpful (wife broke her foot on the trip, and they were so gracious to find some crutches for her. Locals friendly, open.We recommend it highly."

"We had stayed at Shanna's Cove next door in the past. This house was perfect for a family of 4. We had the best beach and access to Shanna's Cove resort for dinner all week. It truly was the best of both worlds. Patti was great and was quick to respond. Would love to come back next year."
