It has washing machines and dishes, fridge with freezer, stove, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, DOLCE GUSTO coffee machine, electric grill, hand blender, iron and ironing board, crockery and kitchen utensils, mobile drying rack.
Fiber optic internet - free Wi-Fi.
SMART TV, 40 "(102 cm), compatible with NETFLIX and YOUTUBE.
Includes bath and bed linen, with weekly cleaning.
It has two balconies for Avenida 24 de Junho (East) and all rooms have natural light, providing high light, modern and welcoming aspect.
