"It hurts to give middling ratings. The staff and mgmt were friendly and helpful (eg, they gave me a room close to the reception check-in, they provided transport to the train station when no other option was available). The problem is while the crew might be good they need to run a tighter ship, The property is showing its age, it’s up the hill from the town and is oriented to large groups. As a solo, shoulder season guest, we, the few, are lost in the cracks of pre-season prep. "

Dotato anche di un posto auto in caso serva e di una posizione perfetta per visitare il centro di santa Maria di leuca a piedi. Molto silenzioso perché defilato dal centro ma con accanto un delizioso tipico alimentari ed anche un bar. Valentina e Daniele sono stati davvero gentilissimi e molto disponibili anche con il nostro cagnolino. Insomma se dovessimo tornare sicuramente prenoterei...

"BianaLeuca is a great place to stay in Leuca. The location is great, short walk to restaurants and right on the ocean. Lots of amazing views minutes away, Leuca is a beautiful place. The place has a common kitchen and outdoor chill out area. Roberto ( the host) is a nice guy and has many recommendations about the area. Hope to be back. "

"Communication was easy once the booking was made. Fabrizio was friendly and helpful with infomation. The farmhouse is a few kms outside Leuca and it was so peaceful and nice settings. Highly recommend to have dinner at the farmhouse. Wholesome homecooked meals and great value for money. Bought 2L of olive oil from the farm. Wished I had more space in my luggage to buy more. The Olive oil from the farm was excellent!! "

"Our fridge was broken when we arrived but when I asked to fix it they solve it in less than one hour. Workers are so gently. Prize was the most expensive in full holidays, and location was far from the center of town, where the prices were more expensive. Garbage cans were not well identified, so after the end of day it was impossible to know where to throw the garbage. In general is a good place to be during vacations. Piscine is salt water and Aquagym monitor was so funny. "

"This property is absolutely stunning. The pool is a dream. So large and the outdoors is beautifully decorated. Our communication with Rocco was great before and during our arrival and once on site.
