"The experience at this hotel was great. The only issue I had was that their pillows smelled sweaty and not washed which really made me feel very disgusted as I did not expect a hotel in that reputation for cleanliness would have such a problem. Also, the first day we arrived I noticed the toilet had pee spots on it which really really disgusted me as well and I had to call reception and they came up and cleaned it up right away, but my first impression was very disappointing but overall I really recommend the hotel the service the stuff everything was wonderful and just the whole experience felt great."
