Service: The staff were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure my comfort. Whether it was the concierge helping with local recommendations or the housekeeping team keeping everything immaculate, every interaction was warm and professional. Accommodation: The room was a haven of luxury and comfort. Tastefully decorated with a modern flair, it featured an incredibly comfortable bed, high-quality linens, and stunning views of the city skyline. Brayden greeted us. He is a delight with great personal skills and assisted us. We loved our stay and have been at Best Western hotels in all our towns on this road trip and not disappointed. The hotel was a welcome surprise. We just needed a place within walking distance to a concert hall. Clean and well kept updated where it's appropriate for a historic building. I didn't know what to expect, but it was one of my most comfortable stays ever! Worth every penny! I'll definitely stay here again!

We stayed at this hotel after an unexpected surgery at the Trail hospital. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. It was lovely that they had pet friendly rooms as we had our pooch with us. Nicely decorated. We would stay here again.

The hotel has been nicely updated, nothing fancy but clean and comfortable. Our room was spacious with a kitchen suite and dining area. There are several restaurants within a 10 minute walk as well as a grocery store. There is a lounge but no restaurant or anything similar on site. We were given coupons for breakfast from the restaurant across the street and it was perfect for us.
