The hotel was more than comfortable and the staff were solicitious and helpful, in particular going to some trouble to arrange transport for our onward travel to Lake Garda. "Lovely clean hotel in a great location. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The room was very clean, and our balcony was a nice feature. The breakfast buffet was large and included some American fare. The location was very close to the Arena and a major bus stop connecting you to the main train station. "

"The hotel is basically new. Very clean and had a pleasant stay. Beds were very comfy, air con was great and quiet. 5-8 mins walk from the main bus & train station so perfect if you are just over night or arriving late. There is not a lot in the area around the hotel and didn’t spot any bars/restaurant in the area. It’s a good 20 mins yomp into edge of the main historical town from the Hotel. We only had 2 nights there and the staff were great and the hotel was perfectly acceptable. If I was staying longer then somewhere closer to the main areas would have been better. However if I was staying longer, I’d recommend going to one of the towns around Lake Garda instead as it was beautiful there! "
