Rockport Harbor Hotel
5/5 Excellent
Best Hotel of my Life
"What can I say? This hotel is absolutely amazing…fantastic…wonderful. There aren’t enough adjectives to describe it.
I spend half the year traveling…mostly overseas. I stay in countless hotels. I think this is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in.
I live in Maine about an hour and a half away from Rockport. My wife and I needed to get away from things for a weekend. I found this on hotels.com, and thought I would give it a try. Boy, did we hit the jackpot.
A LOT of thought went into this hotel. We stayed in Room 35 on the backside of the hotel. Even though we didn’t have a water view, I wouldn’t have traded it. The room was massive, with TWO full baths.
The kitchen area was perfect, with a wonderful coffee maker and good sized fridge. The mattress was really comfortable. I even pulled back the sheets to see what it was, so that we could look at getting one for our house.
We were here for two nights. We needed a get away from the stress at home and work. This hotel gave us what we needed. We only left the room once. We just relaxed and ordered room service. The food was fantastic. It was quiet, clean, and roomy.
I can’t say enough. We will definitely come back. What a gem."
