Ideally located, you’ll find Fort Knox and Penobscot Narrows Observatory, Holbrook Island Sanctuary, and Fort Point State Park all within a 25-mile radius. Spend a day hiking, fishing, enjoying gorgeous panoramic views, or skiing at Hermon Mountain Ski Area a bit further out.

Inside, you’ll feel perfectly at ease in the sun-filled, cozy living area featuring ample seating, a TV, great views, and charming, rustic decor that brings the beauty of the outside in. Snuggle up to stream your favorite movies then break out the board games at the dining table. A full kitchen with modern appliances welcomes you to craft effortless home-cooked meals. Or have a barbecue and grill up the catch of the day in the sunshine! After a full day of excursions, kick back on the spacious deck with a glass of wine and revel in the breathtaking views as the sun goes down.

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
