Shouldn’t be able to rent these cabins
These cabins should not be on any site for renting. The kitchen is so small no more than one person can be in there. No counter space at all. No place to put groceries. The toaster, microwave and coffee maker are what you would find in your child’s dorm room. The bottom kitchen cabinets have no base, so all of the pots, pans and the one baking pan sit on the cabin floor. The cabin is supposed to sleep 5 adults, the water heater allows for less than 2 hot showers and may not work the next morning. The wood throughout the cabin is rotten in so many places it’s a wonder the floor hasn’t fallen through. The window screens are all torn or missing so opening the windows would not be a good idea if you don’t want bugs inside the cabin. Although there is somewhere they are coming in because we collected and released over 100 ladybugs during our stay. Every time we cleared out a handful of them we’d turn around and there’d be more. The mattresses are so hard, sleeping on the floor would be softer. The pillows as well. The bed for the 5th person is an OLD futon. At one time there must have been a fireplace inside, now it’s a blank space with a silver dog dish covering the hole in the chimney. The screened in back porch is missing more than half of the screens. We had to go find the fire pit to use…. it did the job. We have used VRBO several times and while every property may not be amazing this is the first time I feel a review is necessary. I would add more but allowed only 1500 words
