The view from the house is very nice, since the property is located on a small hill. The house was super clean. The owner was very friendly, and went out of his way to welcome us and to help! The communication was very quick and easy. The house is located very close to the center of Houlgate (3 minutes by car), where you'll find an excellent bakery/pastry shop, a food market, and well stocked stores. Highly recommended. I will not hesitate to return."

"What a delightful hotel. The rooms were modern, stylish, clean as a whistle and well equipped. The building is equally stylish and well maintained. We didn't eat in the dining room as it was very busy but crossed the road to a restaurant clearly popular with the locals where I enjoyed the best Cafe Gourmand of my life, for a very reasonable price. We could only stay for a single night but, if I'm in Normandy again, especially if I arrived off the evening boat into Le Havre, it would be my first choice. "
