Great stay in Maremma
We enjoyed our stay at Villa Maremma very much. The location near the sea is what drew us to it but we were happy to discover an area of Tuscany that was new to us. Thanks to Italo and Chiara for being great hosts.

Lovely stay!
The villa was incredible, and allowed our entire family to stay together. The grounds and pool were breath-taking and complete with a hammock, barbecue, outdoor games and toys, and lots of sitting areas. Large tables indoors and out provided space for meals and games. The location was perfect for exploring nearby towns, beaches, and trails by car or bicycle. I just can’t say enough about the facilities or about the prompt and cheerful responses from the owner/his representative when we called on them. I think this was our best family vacation ever.

Exceeded Expectations!
Villa was absolutely fabulous! The property and location was delightful and to hear the church bells from the hilltop of Buriano was amazing. Eating dinners on the terrace with family and swimming in the pool were everlasting memories for us all. The views were spectacular. The property owner and assistant were extremely gracious, friendly and available at a moments notice, should we need anything and we were personally welcomed with lovely gifts of wine and their very own olive oil made from the olives on property. We felt completely at home and will miss the villa very much!

Schön, aber Mäuse
Es war schön. Die alleinige Lage, das große Geländer, aber leider nicht so sauber und auch Mäuse jeden Morgen 2-3 Stück. Italo war sehr hilfsbereit und hat die Fallen aufgestellt, aber für mich geht das trotzdem nicht. Unsere Männer mussten jeden Morgen die toten Mäuse entsorgen. Ecklig.Für den Preis haben wir etwas mehr erwartet: Duschvorhänge schimmelig, Tischdecken nicht sauber.

Ein Wohlfühl-Ort
Das Haus und der parkähnliche Garten bieten alles, was man sich wünschen kann: Außen große Flächen, mehrere Sitzplätze, schönes Schwimmbad, und alles wird jeden Morgen gereinigt. Innen viel Platz und eine vollständige Ausstattung, insbesondere in der Küche mit Kaffee, Öl, Gewürzen usw. Italo ist ein aufmerksamer und rücksichtsvoller Gastgeber, man wird mit Sekt, Wein und Kuchen begrüßt, Sonderwünsche erfüllt er umgehend. Der Standort ist bestens geeignet für Unternehmungen in der Maremma und darüber hinaus.

Très belle villa, bien entretenu avec une jolie vue dégagée. Magnifique extérieure avec un très beau jardin et une superbe piscine. Perfekter Urlaub

Sympatische Gastgeber, Kinderfreundliches Haus
Wir waren drei Familien in der Unterkunft von Italo Paccoi und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Küche ist grosszügig und praktisch ausgestattet. Es steht ein Grill und ein Pizzaofen zur Verfügung. Für die Freizeitbeschäftigung stehen viele Spielgeräte, darunter ein Ping-Pong und ein Tischfussball-Tisch zur Verfügung. Italo war immer sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.

Hervorragender Ort für große Familien
Wir waren als Großfamilie mit 9 Erwachsenen (2 Generationen) vollauf zufrieden. Wie die Bilder auch zeigen ist die ganze Anlage geeignet für eine "große Runde" aber auch mit vielen netten Kleinoden zum plauschen und verweilen. Der Pool war auch Ende September wunderbar (und täglich gesäubert). In der Villa findet sich wirklich alles für einen entspannten Urlaub. Selber einkaufen und kochen oder auch ausgehen nach Empfehlungen der hauseigenen App - alles klappt. Italo ist wirklich ein zuvorkommender, freundlicher und großzügiger Gatsgeber. Die Kommunikation über WhatsApp oder persönlich ist problemlos, kompetent und schnell. Die Südtoscana ist natürlich ein Traum und zwischen Siena und der Maremma ist alles in Reichweite. Sehr empfehlendswert

La dolce vita
Die Fotos versprechen genau das Richtige. Hervorzuheben ist, dass Chiara und Italo herzliche und hilfreiche Gastgeber waren. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und gut aufgehoben. Das Grundstück ist sehr großzügig und super geeignet für viele Menschen. Es gibt eine toll ausgestattete Küche und zahlreiche Plätze und Sitzmöglichkeiten, ob zu zweit oder mit mehreren. Der Pool war das Highlight für unsere Kinder und rundete das perfekte Urlaubserlebnis ab. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Kein Wunsch bleibt verwehrt
Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt im Haus. Wir waren sehr überrascht über den Umfang der Kinderspielsachen. Hier bleibt kein Wunsch der Kinder unerfüllt. Von einer Kinderwippe über Rutschen, Hochstühle, Babybadewanne und sämtlichen Hochstühlen, war alles dabei. Aber auch für die Erwachsenen ist alle da was man zum entspannen braucht. Chiara und Italo waren sehr zuvorkommend und kümmern sich wahnsinnig gut um ihre Gäste. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert. Uns blieb kein Wunsch unerfüllt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Eine klare Empfehlung für jeden, der ein Haus mit großem Grundstück abseits vom Trubel sucht.

Das Haus ist außergewöhnlich schön, mit sehr schönen Zimmern, wunderschön eingerichtet. In der Küche ist alles erdenkliche da, was man zum kochen braucht. Die Außenanlage ist perfekt mit einem großen Pool, und ganz ganz viele Sitzgelegenheiten. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Ein kleines Paradies
Ich war schon 2013 und 2014 in dem Objekt und habe gestaunt, was Herr Italo alles verbessert, also investiert hat. Aufgrund Erfahrungen mit anderen Häusern weiß ich, dass dies nicht die Regel ist. Die Küche ist traumhaft umgebaut worden. Sie ist nun groß, freundlich in einem schönen Design und es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Die Terrasse ist "kindersicher" gemacht worden mit einem langen Zaun. Ein schönes Carport wurde errichtet, dass Schatten bietet. Die Pergola auf der Terrasse mit Beleuchtung bzw. die gesamte Außenbeleuchtung sind großartig. Die Lage finde ich fast optimal mit Ausblicken auf Burriano und Vetulonia und nicht allzu weit weg von den Stränden. Herr Italo und seine Mitarbeiterin Chiara sind äußerst nette und freundliche Vermieter. Während unserer Zeit ging leider ein kleines Fenster kaputt, dass ohne Aufsehens und problemlos repariert wurde. Nur ein kleines Paradies ist es, weil die angrenzenden Landwirtschaft mit den Kühen sowie die Hunde des Tales nachts (wir schlafen mit offenem Fenster und ohne AC) doch für die eine oder andere wache Stunde sorgten. Alles in allem kann ich VILLA MAREMMA nur wärmstens empfehlen, da man ein Haus in der Qualität und mit solch freundlichen Vermietern m.E. selten findet.
