Enjoy your meals on the panoramic terrace of the main flat on the first floor or in the outdoor area of the ground floor flats.



Relax in the spacious garden with its large pavilion, barbecue area and beautiful pool. The children will love the play area with swings, while you can relax on the sun loungers. Look forward to delicious local specialities. Try the owner's excellent Tuscan wine or make use of the fresh organic produce from the vegetable garden. You can also purchase homemade olive oil, a real highlight for connoisseurs.



Thanks to the central location between Tuscany and Umbria, there are numerous excursion options open to you. Visit the art cities of Montepulciano and Pienza or explore Lake Trasimeno. In summer, festivals in the neighbouring villages attract visitors with their culture and gastronomy.
