- Stay cancellation guarantee for Lockdown = In the event that you have to cancel your stay due to lockdowns issued by governments in the 30 days prior to check-in due to the evolution of the Covid-19 pandemic: national lockdown Italy; local lockdown in Italy concerning the area in which the booked villa is located ("red" area or impossible to reach due to official restrictions on free circulation); national lockdown of your country of residence; local lockdown in Italy in the Municipality or in the area of residence.

Immersed in a 20-hectare organic farm, 5 km from Castelvetrano, in an intimate position and surrounded by a lush garden of Mediterranean scrub, stands Villa Pineta. The structure, with itd modern layout, has large windows that blend in with the surrounding landscape which, at the same time, offers intimacy and total relaxation. The three spacious bedrooms, all with ensuite bathroom, have direct access to the garden dotted with palm, citrus and olive trees. The open-plan living areas naturally extend to the well-equipped outdoor areas, the swimming pool and the entire estate which invites long walks that end at the pine forest facing the sea, where aperitifs and dinners at sunset can be organised. The villa's strategic position makes it easy to reach the pristine beaches of the coast, the nature reserves and the archaeological sites in the area such as the Archaeological Park of Selinunte. Villa Pineta is the ideal place for an authentic and unforgettable experience between culture, art and nature.
Interior:
The villa is on one floor and has French windows overlooking the garden from all the rooms. Entering from the portico, you come to the fully-equipped kitchen and dining area, connected by a sliding door to the living room, which has a glass wall overlooking the garden and swimming pool. The sleeping area, distributed around the living room, consists of two double bedrooms (one with divisible bed) with ensuite bathroom with shower and a twin bedroom (with joinable beds) with ensuite bathroom with shower. The washing machine is located in the outside boiler room.
Park:
The garden surrounding the structure is characterised by centuries-old olive trees, citrus trees and cycads. A thick hedge delimits the property from the farm which you can freely access to admire the mango, avocado, citrus and olive crops. Two porticoes off the kitchen and in front of the living room host a table and chairs for outdoor dining and a delightful outdoor seating area. There is an outdoor parking area with space for 4 cars.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
Open from the first Saturday in April until the last Saturday in October, the infinity pool, set on a wooden solarium, is about 10 metres from the villa. Rectangular and equipped with 6 central Roman steps, it measures 5 x 8 m with the depth varying from 1.20 to 1.40 m. Purified with chlorine, it is lined in light-coloured PVC and the internal lighting is activated by a twilight system, activated at the same time as the garden lighting. The solarium area, surrounded by lantanas and Mediterranean plants, is equipped with sunbeds and tables, creating an intimate and relaxing space.
