"Hotel is very well situated. Nice room size with a balcony and a view of the Naples bay. Bathroom is outdated and has a very indistinctive smell, not pleasant for sure. Staff is very apathetic, specially the ones working at the breakfast salon. A smile and a welcome greeting goes a long way when seeing your guests. Breakfast, by the way, is very good with convenient hours. I would definitely stay again, I would just fix the bathroom smell, room 750 and inject some more hospitality spirit on...

"Old architecture, high ceiling, hotel on the second floor (no elevator), some heating problem. Property is very close to center of the city. Manager is very friendly and helpful. It was a nice experience."
