"Wir hatten das Haus eigentlich für zwei Wochen gebucht, sind aber nach einer Nacht wieder ausgezogen. Das Haus wurde uns dreckig übergeben wofür wir auch noch 50€ Reinigungsgebühr bezahlen mussten. Wir sind mit 6 Personen angereist und es waren nur 5 Stühle vorhanden wovon auch noch zwei kaputt waren!!! Über irgendwelche Kabel die in der Wand raushingen, kam eine Armee von Ameisen und haben sich ihren Weg durch das Haus gesucht. Alle Wasserhähne und Abläufe waren ziemlich stark vergammelt sowie...

"The house is in an olive / fruit garden on the outer edge of Sassari . The host is very kind and a neighbour even came over to give us a bottle of local wine . The house is cute with an old fashoined atmosphere . There is a nice porch and we spent most of the time outside . We had a rental car and the house was ideally located to go to all the northern beaches and then come home to a quiet spot ."

The best part was actually dealing with Sergio that not only went above and beyond of his hosting duties but filling in as a top class concierge too. All questions had an answer, very detailed and very fast, nothing more to ask for. And now the kicker: our flight was canceled therefore rebooked by airline two days later. We had everything paid no ones fault on the matter and when we proposed to split the two days loss he refunded...

"The house has a really beautiful sea view and a great location. The approach is a bit complicated, but it doesn't matter. I think the accommodation is suitable for a maximum of 4 people, the house is not that big. There were only two of us. Everything worked in the house and we were satisfied. The only thing I missed is the kettle in the kitchen, we had that in all the other properties where we lived. Pool clean, maybe deep enough for children. For me, but overall a great rating. Don't forget...

"Top ruhige Lage mit super Stränden. Wohnung und Einrichtung sind in die Jahre gekommen. Nach Preis-Leistung völlig okay. Pool usw haben wir nicht extra gebucht, da wir mit der Erkundung der Umgebung beschäftigt waren."

"La maison elle-même correspond aux photos, l'hôte est très réactif et gentil mais l'environnement est franchement moyen : on partage la cour avec une maison, il y a des poubelles partout dans la cour et ça n'est pas signalé dans l'annonce. Il faudrait plus d'équipements pour la cuisine (très restreint....) Dommage parce que la maison est bien située"
