"Absolutely lovely staff who are very helpful, real cosy and at home feel to the place. No problems at all, room was very clean and was right infront of the train station for our day to Florence too. Walking distance to go everywhere you would want to in Pisa and only about 20/25 mins walk from the airport :) "

However, the breakfast area staff was noisy, talking to one another loudly and nonstop, not allowing customers to have a comfortable breakfast. The same applies to the room cleaning staff. They show up early and make the same noise. "

"This hotel is beautiful. It is well maintained, clean and nicely furnished. The staff are lovely too. It is situated ten minutes from the train station and from there you can get to Pisa/Florence/Livorno easily. There is a secure underground carpark which is handy as well. "
