Capanna al Lago è un'affascinante villa privata con 3 camere matrimoniali e 3 bagni ,situata su un fianco di una dolce collina di fronte alla regione del Chianti dove la piacevole brezza sempre presente renderà il vostro soggiorno indimenticabile. Godrete dell'ombra degli alberi e della vista mozzafiato dallo spazio esterno privato e perfettamente attrezzato immerso nel giardino ben curato. Il giardino privato corre tutto intorno alla villa ed è qui che si trovano la vasca idromassaggio esterna (aperta da aprile a novembre) e la meravigliosa piscina entrambe con vista spettacolare.

La città di Siena e la regione del Chianti sono a soli 10 minuti di auto.

Tutti i tipi di negozi sono a soli 5 minuti di auto e l'autostrada (direzione Firenze o Roma) è a 10 minuti di auto.

Al primo piano: 3 camere matrimoniali (ciascuna con aria condizionata), 1 bagno con vasca idromassaggio e 1 bagno con doccia. Wi fi è presente in tutta la villa che può essere affittata
anche nel periodo invernale (riscaldamento centralizzato) e quando si può decidere di godersi le serate davanti al camino con un libro e un bicchiere di Chianti ..... perfetta atmosfera toscana!

Beautiful Tuscan Home with a fantastic view.
We had a great stay in this home enjoying the views of the Tuscan country side. It is located close to Siena and is a perfect place to stay to make day trips to many towns and villages in Tuscany. Francesca was very attentive and helpful in explaining everything about the house and property. We would definitely stay again if ever in the area.

A lovely place for family holiday
A true Tuscany experience. Fantastic place to stay. Highly recommendable for family holiday. We all loved the welcome dinner which Francesca, our host, prepared for us. And her team, Best of Mas, was very helpful and responsive. It was a lovely stay!

Beautiful views but the cleaning charge???
Really loved the property and location...house was really well equiped. BUT...a cleaning charge of €250 and paying for excess use if electricity? Come on...that was ridiculous.

Outstanding Location Right Outside Siena
We had a fantastic stay during our week in Tuscany. Francesca, the owner, was outstanding and timely in her response to questions throughout out stay. This VRBO rental is nothing short of a 5-star experience and we loved our stay.

Tuscany in May
We loved our stay! There were 5 adults and plenty of room for all of us. The house looks similar if not better than the photos. It’s very peaceful and relaxing. Francesca made everything very easy for us - including rides to and from the airport, and having a rental car ready to go for us at the house. The highlight for us was the cooking class that came to us. (Also arranged by Francesca) Delicious food and an amazing experience!

Wonderful!!
We had an amazing stay at this home in the Tuscan countryside. Everything you need is at your fingertips so all you have to do is sit back and enjoy the scenery. Francesca is an amazing host and quickly responded to every request and couldn’t be more helpful. The only complaint we had was that we couldn’t stay longer! We look forward to returning some day!

Wonderful Tuscany Stay
We had a lovely weekend here! It was a restful, relaxing weekend during a long two week tour of Italy. They were so helpful in accommodating all of our requests. One night we had the best time - Amber came to cook us dinner - her cheery disposition equally as wonderful as her dinner she prepared. We loved every second and would love even more to be able to return!

Sienna Fabulous!
Four friends gathered at the perfect house to enjoy 10 days touring Tuscany, relaxing by the pool, wandering through the vineyard, cooking great meals, and making memories to last a lifetime. Francesca is the perfect hostess, and her husband Francesco the perfect chef to teach us how to make wood-fired pizza and treat us to his secret recipe limoncello. We can't wait to return!

Beautiful setting - great house
We stayed for one week at this beautiful property just outside of Siena. The house, the pool, the hot tub, the view - absolutely fabulous. You do need a car to get around (to grocery, old city Centro in Siena and surrounding hill towns). Francesca is very helpful - an especially gracious host. I would highly recommend this property for afamily or a group of friends.

Amazing host
We spent a week at the house and had a wonderful time. Francesca was the most gracious host, helping us with rental car reservations and wine tours. Very responsive to all of our questions. Francesco was our driver and tour guide, helping us with exclusive access to wineries and more. The pasta cooking class was fabulous. Highly recommend.

Amazing views from a wonderful property
We had a wonderful stay in Siena. You absolutely can't beat the views and the location! We were a short drive into the heart of Siena and were able to take day trips in all directions to other beautiful towns in Tuscany. The host was absolutely amazing. She greeted us upon check in and helped us at a moment's notice throughout our trip...even helping us make phone calls because we could not speak the language enough to do so. The property is spectacular. The views from the patio can't be beat from sunrise to sunset! The property is behind a private gate which added a nice touch of security. The house was welcoming and clean with nice amenities like a washer and dryer - we felt right at home. I have already recommended this location to many people. Highly recommend!

Tuscany at its BEST
We loved our entire trip to Italy, but our time in Quercegrossa with Best of Mas was the highlight! Francesca has created a lovely country home to just relax and breathe in Tuscany! She helped to arrange a welcome dinner in the home our first night from busy Florence which was the one dinner we kept talking about! Absolutely beautiful home, spacious, and very comfortable! Francesca remained available throughout our stay and was a huge help! Thank you, thank you Francesca and Best of Mas, we look forward to staying with you again!

A Place to relax with family in stunning Tuscany
My family of five so enjoyed our week long stay at Fancesca’s Farm house. The views over the rolling hills and vineyards of the Chianti region were breathtaking. The house is close to a lot of great sights for day trips, but also confortable enough to hang out and relax. We especially enjoyed the hot tub! Francesca is also a wonderful host, cook and tour guide. She came and cooked us a fantastic Tuscan meal one night, even working easily around a Celiac needing to eat gluten free. She also took us out for a day tour of a cheese farm (lunch was such a treat!!) and a local vinyard and olive oil maker. We certainly felt like we got a private inside peak into the Tuscan lifestyle and craftsmanship. Thank you Francesca, for a wonderful family holiday!!

Idyllic Villa in Tuscany
If you are looking for an unforgettable experience in Tuscany, this is the villa to choose. Nestled among olive trees and vineyards and at a convenient distance from Siena, this quintessential villa was originally purchased by Francesca‘s grandfather and transformed into the house it is today with the benefit of Francesca‘s architectural skills. Cool and comfortable, the house is also elegant and distinctive. The kitchen is easy to navigate and the doors from the dining room open onto beautiful vistas, covered patios, swimming, pool, and hot tub. Francesca‘s company, Best of Mas, arranged for us to be picked up at the Rome airport. Francesco, our driver was very welcoming and went out of his way to take us to a local supermarket on the way to the Villa. Francesca also arranged for us to have a chef, Katy, cook us a welcome dinner. Katy, also a sommelier, educated us about the local food and wine. It was one of the best meals we had in Italy. During our stay, Francesca was available and responsive, and provided us with much useful information. With Francesca‘s genuine hospitality, we felt well cared for throughout our stay. We highly recommend staying in this villa.

Amazing stay in Tuscany
This property is awesome. We will definitely try to head back at some point. Our family spent three weeks overlooking the beautiful Tuscan countryside from the property’s expansive hilltop view. The villa was nice, we dreamed of living there full time. The kitchen was well equipped and we used it daily. The villa was an amazing home base for countless day trips to all of Tuscany. Siena and Monteriggioni were especially close. The backyard and pool were also awesome, perfect for our family and the hot weather we had there. The outside furniture was very cozy. We used the pool daily, and also took advantage of the very nice bbq and high end wood fired pizza oven. So fun! The owners were also fantastic. Francesco and Francesca were incredibly helpful and attentive. Francesco picked us up and dropped us off at the airport, a game-changer for us versus a previous trip. They also offered excellent recommendations for our day trips, a hit every time. They arranged the rental car, kept up with the pool, and even went above and beyond with little treats and surprises for our family here and there. Thanks so much!

Magical location and people
This is a really special villa. The views over the countryside are out of this world - it's just rolling hills, vineyards and gorgeousness. It's also ideally located. 10 mins from Siena and Monteriggioni, 45 mins from San Gimignano and an hour from Florence. The interior is beautifully decorated. Not in a standard hotel way, but filled with history and interesting objects that give you a real sense of time and place. You could spend ages just admiring the decor. Bedrooms are air conditioned, which is wonderful and the kitchen is really well stocked if you like to cook. Finally, the magic ingredient is Francesca and her team. They made us feel so welcome and were unbelievably helpful. We arrived late on a Saturday and asked Francesca about supermarkets to buy breakfast stuff the next day. Before we knew it, she'd gone out and picked up a selection of things she thought we might like. I've lost count of the amount of times I texted Francesca about car parks or restaurants and she always came back with such helpful advice. We had a welcome meal and pizza night and her team were really wonderful. The villa and location are amazing, but I have to say that Francesca and her team really took it to another level. I don't know when we're coming back to Tuscany, but when we do, it'll be back here.

A truly amazing experience
We cannot be more thankful to Francesca and Best of MAS! From the moment we reserved the home to the moment we were driven back to the airport, our experience was wonderful. The communication was stellar. Best of MAS and Francesca immediately reached out to arrange our airport transfer and ask if we wanted to arrange a welcome dinner. We rented a car from Best of MAS and are so happy we did. Everything was so easy and worry-free. We would highly recommend arranging for the airport transfer back to the airport as there is no Uber in Siena and one would have to take two trains to get back to the airport, not worth the hassle. Francesca is so kind, welcoming, friendly, and professional. The home is wonderful and so spacious and peaceful. The views are spectacular. Our welcome dinner was prepared according to our dietary restrictions and it was delicious. Siena is a wonderful town full of friendly people and delicious food. Thank you again, Francesca and Best of MAS!!

Fantastische villa, wat een uitzicht!
Mooie villa, volledig ingericht. Heerlijk buiten vertoeven in zwembad, jacuzzi, lounche of dinning area. Volledig privé Practische keuken en heerlijke pizza oven en bbq buiten. Super goed contact met de eigenares, problemen werden gelijk opgelost en alle vragen gelijk beantwoord. Regelmatig bijhouden en schoonmaken van het zwembad en de jacuzzi. Kortom; echt de moeite waard Veel goede tips en fantastische omgeving. Heel dicht bij Sienna.

Traumhaftes Anwesen in perfekter Lage
Einfach nur Wow! Wir waren mit unseren 3 Kids in dem wunderschönen Haus. Alles ist wirklich perfekt. Garten, Haus, Style, Inventar … alles ist so liebevoll gestaltet. Francesca eine großartige Gastgeberin. Hier fehlt es an nichts. Perfekte Lage und trotzdem schön ruhig gelegen. Das Haus hat eine besondere Geschichte. Kann man vor Ort lesen in einem kleinen Büchlein. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt Mitte Oktober sehr genossen und wären gerne für immer geblieben :-).
