"The location of this home is perfect. Far enough away for peace and quiet, yet close enough to go to the grocery store and into Montepulciano. Frank and Silva, the owners were a delight. "The house and location are perfect for a family holiday, the pool is lovely and there are plenty of covered areas in the garden in which to relax when the sun gets too hot! The proprietors are very accommodating and fixed any issues (washing machine failed during our stay) immediately. The only thing to be aware of is that the region near the lake does suffer from mosquitoes which come out in the evening - so take repellent with you as it’s expensive in Italy!"

"The views from this house are fantastic! And the location is perfect - steps from the old town of Montepulciano. Communication with Erika, the host was great. She prepared us with lots of details and recommendations for things to do nearby. We had some questions during our stay and Erika was very responsive. There is so much to do in the area - I almost wished we had more time to hang out on the beautiful terraces!"

"Amazing place, will come back. Everything you would want from a visit to Tuscany. Warm people, delicious food and amazing ambiance. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and had excellent hot water. Rooms opened up to private courtyard. Restaurant meals were delicious, service was impressive and food portions were great. Thank you for taking good care of our family of 5."

"It takes a bit of a drive to get into the property from one the more bigger roads but it is what makes this place so charming and beautiful among stretches of vineyards. The food and wine here were also amazing. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Rooms are super clean and charming as well. Loved my stay here and would definitely stay again!"
