"Pros: Nice location, good size place for two families with kids. Has a pool. Cons: Hidden extra costs (bed linens and towels) and very stressful checkout (possibly due to English language). Pool was not heated enough for that time of year (15c) and almost all the door locks don’t work or don’t work well. Fix some of these small things and the place would have been a more pleasant stay."

"Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette charmante maison. La piscine est parfaite car pas trop profonde et il y a de quoi amuser les enfants. Histoire de chipoter, si vous avez un enfant en bas âge cela ce complique pour le bain car il n’y a pas de bouchons dans les baignoires. Nous en garderons un très bon souvenir. Merci à l’hôte qui est à l’écoute et très arrangeant.!"

Unfortunatley on arrival the pool was dirty, the water was so murky you could not see the bottom, also a greasy scum line all round the pool at water level. "Bonjour , malheureusement 1 semaine dans cette maison a suffit car beaucoup de choses sont à revoir dans la maison ( cause moustiques surtout car pas de moustiquaire ) , rideaux de douches cassés , pelle à barbecue casser , pas de Clim ce qui est dommage car avec que les ventilateurs il fait très chaud et du coup nous avions laisser les fenêtre ouvertes pour nous faire un peu d’air mais cette rue est bruyante la nuit . Beaucoup de passage de voiture plus les gens bruyant qui rentrait...

"Villa was over a mile to beach ,property had not been cleand properly ie dirty under the beds empty water bottles in bedroom drawers and sweet wapers ,fridge door didnt always close ,only to wine glasses for 10 people, handrail came off in someone's hand in the first hour ,it did get fixed same day ,was charged for cleaning for when leave which wasnt refunded even though it wasn't clean on arrival, whould i use goldholm again MOST DEFINITELY NOT"

"Overall the accomodation was ok, nothing amazing but comfy enough, it does need some attention however. The major downside was the 'spa' facilities and the communication from the very rude staff members. The sauna and gym were closed due to Covid-19, this is understandable but there was no mention of this online, and I tried calling beforehand to ask but no one answered. Then the 'hot tub' was in fact freezing cold, and all the staff could say was "That's how it's always been, it's never been...
