Luxury villa, private heated pool, wifi, air conditioning:
Beautiful house completely renovated quality. Located in one of the best areas of Empuriabrava. Next to shops, restaurants, etc. and very close to the beach.

The house has a large living room with modern kitchen and access to the plot with private heated pool.

There are 4 double bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms.

All rooms have air conditioning and heating.

The outer zone is composed of 3 separate zones. In the first, we find a large barbecue with a bar counter and two spaces for outdoor dining. In the second area is the pool with its sun loungers and solarium area. The third area is for facilities, store bicycles, washing area and clothesline, etc.

Due to its situation, no car is necessary.

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. The layout makes it perfect for larger groups, the pool was great and we are already planning a return trip for next year!

Prix trop élevé par rapport à la prestation
Notre séjour a été agréable mais de nombreuses remarques sont à faire. Pas d'état des lieux d'entrée (remise des clés à l'agence avec caution de 300€ en espèce récupérée au départ). Les photos de l'annonce sont anciennes, il ne s'agit plus d'un canapé en cuir mais en tissu déjà fatigué (difficile de se relever) et les chaises du salon ont aussi changé et sont basiques. Les lits grincent et les matelas ne sont pas au top. Dans une salle de bain, le rideau de douche est trop court, dans une autre, l'évier est cassé et la porte de douche ne ferme pas donc l'eau sort. Niveau sécurité, une fenêtre de ch ne ferme pas et rien non plus autour de la piscine. L'air de la climatisation laisse penser à un défaut d'entretien. En ce qui concerne les équipements, un aspirateur et une corbeille à linge seraient un plus, Il a fallu demander un balai. La machine à laver fonctionne mal (la débrancher avant). La maison est pour 8 pers mais il manque un peu de vaisselle et du coup le lv marche tous les jours. La maison ne dispose que de 7 transats pour l'extérieur. La propreté laisse enfin à désirer (traces, peinture partie... ), pb d'humidité (produits senteur dans toutes les pièces). A savoir aussi que la maison est en 2 parties pièce à vivre avec 2 ch/2sdb et en extérieur 2ch et1sdb commune aux 2. Parking intérieur pour 1 voiture et pas 2. En résumé la location a un vrai potentiel mais elle manque d'entretien et son prix est excessif. Responsable disponible et sympa mais ça ne fait pas tout!

La maison aurait pu être très bien mais de trop nombreux désagréments ont terni le séjour : Murs sales, frigo cabossé, les taies d'oreillers ne couvrent que la moitié de l'oreiller, une dalle du plafond d'une SdB déboitée, vaisselle (verres) non adapté, un lavabo d'une SdB cassé, une vitre d'une porte fenêtre cassée, non fonctionnement de la télé d'une chambre, aucune fermetrure sécurisée dans la chambre côte BBQ... pour l'essentiel !

Sauberkeit des Objektes war so lala, hätte besser sein können. Das große Badezimmer ziemlich altbacken und nach dem Duschen steht man im Wasser, Abtrennung undicht.

Grosses Haus mit super Pool. Unsere Kids hatten richtig Spass. Preis/Leistung für Oktober sehr gut!
Die Ferien in diesem Haus waren für uns wirklich richtig erholsam. Trotz der Grösse von Empuriabrava haben wir viel Privatsphäre erleben können in diesem Haus. Es war wirklich top!
