Apartment 2 rooms for 4 people recently renovated, spacious, sunny, comfortable, functional and with a huge terrace overlooking the bay of Roses.

Located in a quiet area of ​​Castelló d'Empúries, medieval town with important historical center and must-see: Cathedral, medieval ensemble and Ecomuseo de la Farinera.
The municipality of Castelló d'Empúries has, with almost 7 km. of beaches, a wide coastal strip of high natural interest, included in part in the Parc Natural dels Aiguamolls de l'Empordà, one of the most emblematic natural areas from where you can see really exceptional fauna: otter, fallow deer, purple swamp, bittern .. .

Traumurlaub für uns Vier
Wir fahren seit ein paar Jahren nach Castelló d’Empuries, haben aber dieses Jahr den entspanntesten Urlaub dort verbracht. Antonia und ihr Mann sind die nettesten Vermieter die wir je erlebt haben, wir haben uns wie Zuhause gefühlt. Das Appartement ist groß, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Dachterrasse riesig mit schönen Blick über die Stadt. Den Innenhof mit überdachten Sitzplatz und dem Pool konnte man jederzeit genießen. Unser Jungs hatten mächtig Spaß und wir Eltern konnten uns total entspannen. Es war wie ein zweites Zuhause für uns.

Antonia and Llorenç were incredible hosts, among the best we have stayed with and we HomeAway a lot. They were kind and thoughtful and generous. They gave us great tips on the area, which is really lovely. They were interesting and easy to talk to. They left us local salami, a loaf of fresh bread and some local beers for our first night. Antonia took the time to show us how to use the washer and gave us extra detergent, which was great being several days into a two week road trip with 4 people. The flat, we can’t say enough good things about. It was sparkling clean and really comfortable. It was stocked with everything you might need. It had a proper living room with a great couch and chairs, as well as an indoor dining area, eat-in kitchen and a large terrace with shaded area and table/chairs for 4. The two bedrooms have terrific windows, beds, and plenty of space. The pool was gorgeous and honestly the garden area was the nicest I have seen at a HomeAway. It was immaculate and beautifully landscaped. We can’t wait to go back! If you want an amazing beach vacation with wonderful people in a top notch flat, look no further!

Phantastische Terrasse, gemütliche Wohnung, tolle Gastgeber
Das Rundum-Wohlfühl-Paket: Antonia und Llorenç sind wundervolle, herzliche Gastgeber! Wir haben uns in den 4 Wochen sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht (insbesondere die Küche). Die Terrasse ist riesig groß mit Stühlen, Tisch und Liegen. Wem das nicht reicht, kann sich auch unten am Pool oder am überdachten Sitzplatz aufhalten. Brisa ist ein freundlicher Schäferhund, der gerne spielt:-)) Für zwei Erwachsene gibt es viel Platz und selbst als unsere erwachsenen Kinder zu Besuch waren, war es nicht zu eng für vier. Wir empfehlen das Domizil jederzeit weiter und kommen auch gerne wieder!!

Casa molto accogliente con una bella piscina
Antonia e suo marito sono due persone molto accoglienti ma nello stesso tempo non invadenti. Ci hanno coccolato facendoci trovare al nostro arrivo pane e salame nostrano più l'olio fatto da loro e a metà settimana un cesto di verdure del loro orto. La casa era pulitissima e con tutto l'occorrente. La piscina molto bella con comode sdraio di totale utilizzo degli ospiti. Inoltre hanno un bellissimo pastore tedesco di una bontà infinita che ha giocato con i miei figli. La spiaggia si raggiunge in 15 minuti d'auto.

Freundliche Vermieter, geräumige Ferienwohnung
Wir haben mit unseren beiden Kindern (Sohn 15 Jahre und Tochter 12 Jahre) diese Ferienwohnung im Juli 2018 für zwei Wochen gemietet. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und es gab keine Probleme. Der Pool war praktisch für uns alleine und besonders unsere Tochter genoss dieses Extra. Die Küche war voll ausgestattet, Handtücher und Bettwäsche wurden zur Verfügung gestellt. Toll war auch die 40 Quadratmeter große Terasse, die direkt zur Wohnung gehört und teilweise überdacht ist. Dort konnte man den Blick über das malerische Örtchen, oder den Abend bei einer Flasche Wein genießen. Der Ort Castello d`Empuries selbst ist glücklicherweise nicht von Touristen überlaufen. Der nächste Strand befindet sich in Empuriabrava. Allerdings gefiel uns dieser Ort nicht so gut, so dass wir häufiger nach Roses gefahren sind. In Roses können Tagesausflüge nach Barcelona gebucht werden. Mit dem eigenen PKW nach Barcelona zu fahren, ist nicht empfehlenswert. Dies haben wir gemacht und es hat uns viele Nerven gekostet. Einen weiteren Ausflug lohnt das malerische Fischerörtchen Cadaques. Allerdings ist dort kein Sandstrand vorhanden. Im Ort selbst gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt. Dort haben wir den täglichen Bedarf eingekauft. Bei größeren Einkäufen sind wir nach Empuriabrava gefahren. Dort gibt es sogar LIDL und Aldi. Im Ort selbst gibt es genügend Restaurants und wenn man nicht in die Fußgängerzone geht, zahlt man auch keine Touristenpreise. Wir bedanken uns bei Herr und Frau Pereis für den schönen Urlaub in ihrer Ferienwohnung. Die Schillings

Nous venons de passer 2 semaines dans la location d'Antonia et de son mari et nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis comme si nous étions arrivé chez des amis. Quel plaisir de trouver un panier de bienvenue offert par les propriétaires. L'appartement correspond exactement aux photos c'est même mieux en vrai ! Le quartier est calme et l'appartement est parfaitement bien situé pour avoir accès à tout ce qui est nécessaire. De la piscine à la très grande terrasse nous avons pu profiter de ses vacances. Des superbes vacances entre mer et montagne !
Nous affectionnons particulièrement la catalogne et y séjournons depuis plusieurs étés. Cette région allie le charme de la montagne et de la mer sous un soleil qui fait malheureusement souvent défaut en France! Castello d'Empuries est un petit bourg qui bénéficie de toutes les commodités (petits commerces, marché le mardi...). On peut rapidement (maxi 30 minutes) depuis ce lieu réaliser des excursions culturelles (Musée Dali à Figueres et sa maison à Cadaques), animalières (parc d'Aiguamolls, Butterfly park), et baignades (multiples plages et criques). Pour les plus courageux, la visite du monastère de Sant Pere de Rodes et le circuit pédestre qui l'entoure vous offriront un panorama inoubliable. On peut aussi, plus simplement, profiter des circuits à vélo qui quadrillent cette belle région! Pour ceux qui aiment, comme nous, le snorkling, nous avons vu plein de poissons d'espèces différentes. Voici quelques petites criques sympas : Cala Montjoi (après Roses), S Alqueria petita (après Cadaques), El port de la selva ( petite crique proche du phare, magnifique observation sous-marine !) et notre préférée les muscleres (à l'escala); plage de sable fin et une multitude de poissons à nos pieds ! Nous avons vraiment apprécié le logement, il est spacieux (pour deux enfants et deux adultes), très bien aménagé, et parfaitement entretenu. Il dispose notamment de plusieurs services (TV [notamment française], wifi, jeux de société pour les enfants...) La terrasse surplombe une petite place et est fréquemment survolée par des nuées de cigognes ; superbe spectacle! La piscine est largement suffisante pour se rafraîchir et jouer avec les enfants. Le tout dans un grand calme. Quant à nos hôtes : Irréprochables! Antonia et Lorenzo sont adorables et ont fait preuve de multiples attentions à notre égard, on se sent rapidement chez eux comme "dans la famille". Ils sont d'excellent conseil pour nous permettre de profiter pleinement de leur région! Leur chienne Brisa adore jouer avec les enfants ! Nous nous félicitations d'avoir choisi cette location et la recommandons chaleureusement! Nous y avons passés de très bonnes vacances. Fanny, Christophe, Enola et Matteo

El departamento esta impecable, tiene todo lo necesario y mas y cuenta con una piscina hermosa, en un jardín muy cuidado. Ademas esta muy bien situado, a unos minutos de Empurriabrava, Roses, San Pere Pescador y Figures. Hay muchos sitios de interes cultural en la zona ( de la Ruta Dali) y lo mejor para mis hijos, la Fiesta Major de Castello. Eso fue increíble, fuegos artificiales y baile con los demonios, mientras recorrían el pueblo! Conciertos y la fiesta de la espuma! Lo mejor de la estadía, sin lugar a dudas, los duenos del departamento, que nos atendieron como si fuéramos familia desde el primer día! Super atentos, nos ayudaron con todo, incluso con la ida al hospital cuando mi hija se puso fatal! Antonia nos hizo de traductora y se puso como contacto en admisiones y sabia que contaba con Antonia y Lorenzo por cualquier cosa. Nos aconsejaron sobre los lugares y actividades que podiamos visitar y hasta nos trajeron productos organicos de su huerta, así como aceite de Oliva, pan y salame (una delicia), hecho por Antonia!! Super séjour!
Appartement propre, spacieux, confortable, calme avec toutes les commodités. Superbe vue sur la ville de la terrasse. Propriétaires très accueillants , sympathiques et disponibles. Séjour très agréable chez Antonia à Castello
Nous avons séjourné chez Antonia et Llorenç. Peiris au mois de septembre; ils nous ont tout de suite mis à l'aise dès notre arrivée; ce sont des gens charmants, accueillants, généreux, prêts à tout pour vous aider et pour vous rendre le séjour agréable; l'appartement ainsi que la terrasse étaient spacieux, très propres et très confortables; rien à dire sinon que .... tout était parfait ! de plus le jour où nous sommes arrivés (le jeudi) débutait en soirée la fête des "trobadores" ... une fête médiévale (qui a lieu tous les ans à cette même époque) qui a duré jusqu'au dimanche soir : marché, jeux, musique, danses, chants, costumes ... nous en avons pris plein les yeux, plein les oreilles ... nous garderons de ce court séjour à Castello D'Empuries un excellent souvenir ... si besoin était nous reviendrions avec plaisir chez Antonia

Inmejorable
Nuestra estancia en esta casa fue de 3 noches pero no nos habría importado pasar allí más tiempo y mucho menos repetir. La experiencia no pudo ser mejor: la recepción y atenciones de los propietarios, todo cuidado hasta el último detalle, la limpieza y el mobiliario nuevo... Agradecemos una vez más habernos decidido por esta casa porque fue sin duda el mejor acierto en años de vacaciones. Tuvimos muchísima suerte y todo es gracias al trabajo de los propietarios. Os recomendamos sin duda que escojáis este alojamiento porque aunque os cueste salir de esa fabulosa casa, tenéis todo lo mejor de la Costa Brava a pocos quilómetros.

Encantadors ells, perfecte la casa
Vàrem estar super bé, els amos van tenir molts detalls amb nosaltres. Estem molt agraïts per tot ! En quant a la casa, perfecte, amplia, ben decorada, amb bon gust i no faltava de res: sabó, draps, paper wc, tovalloles, mosquiteres, ... tot molt i molt net. Une location formidable
Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique chez Antonia et Lorenzo. Si vous recherchez une adresse pour vos futures vacances, vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés. L'appartement est à l'étage d'une maison familiale, situé dans un ravissant village. Vous bénéficiez ainsi du charme authentique d'un village, à deux minutes des lieux plus touristique et très fréquentée comme Empuriabrava. Par ailleurs, vous pouvez rattraper tous les grands axes majeurs de la Catalogne à la sortie du village. Concernant l'appartement, il est génial. Il est lumineux, tout équipé, très propre, fonctionnel et parfaitement adapter à une famille. Et il y a une très belle piscine pour les locataires. De plus, les propriétaires sont adorables et très à l'écoute, tout en restant discret. Bref, nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous prévoyons de retourner chez Antonia et Lorenzo dès que possible...!

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder 14 und 11 und unser kleiner Hund) haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub bei Antonia und Llorenc verbracht. Die Wohnung war sehr schön, sehr sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Terrasse ist sehr schön und groß, auf welcher man die Abende gut geniessen kann. Der Pool und die Gartenanlage waren sehr gepflegt. Wir haben uns auf Anhieb sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Strand war ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. In der Nähe ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß gibt es einen Supermarkt und eine Pizzeria. Beides zu empfehlen. Die Altstadt von Castello ist auch sehr schön, ebenfalls fußläufig zu erreichen. Empuria lädt mit seinen vielen Geschäften zum Bummeln ein. Antonia und Llorenc waren sehr herzliche Gastgeber. Vielen Dank für einen wunderschönen Urlaub.

Excellentes vacances !
Cela fait maintenant deux ans que nous venons chez Antonia et Llorenç. Ceux sont des personnes charmantes, accueillantes, gentilles, discrètes.... Vous êtes reçus comme des rois ! Le logement est très très propre, très bien entretenu, il ne manque rien, comme à la maison ! La piscine est très agréable surtout en période de forte chaleur ! Bref, si vous passez dans le coin, n'hésitez pas à louer, les yeux fermés, je vous le garantis !

FABULOSO
Hemos pasado unas vacaciones fabulosas por la Costa Brava, el apartamento amplio, limpio y con todos los detalles. Los propietarios majísimos, un saludo para Antonia y Lorenzo, nos trataron fenomenal. Pudimos disfrutar de la piscina y nos lo pasamos muy bien, esta muy bien ubicado para poder visitar toda esa zona. Lo recomendaremos a nuestros amigos e intentaremos volver.

como en casa
solo tengo palabras de agradecimiento. Antonia y llorenç te hacen sentir como en casa o incluso mejor. son excepcionales y muy atentos. Queriamos pasar unos dias fuera de casa y lejos de los petardos de san Juan ya que tenemos un bebe de 4 meses y castell´o d'Empuries nos parecio un buen lugar, ya que no esta lejos de las playas y muy cerquita de todo. el apartamento es una cucada, tien un comedor muy amplio, una cocina estupenda de las mas equipadas que he visto nunca, no le falta de nada, dos habitaciones con armarios empotrados y un baño con ducha y una terraza inmensa. en la parte de abajo disponen de una piscina. La verdad es que no paramos de hablar de ellos y de su apartamento alla donde vamos ya que nos acogieron mravillosamente y el apartamento es ideal. sin duda repetiremos. molts petons Antonia i Llorenç! gracies per tot i fins la propera!!!
