Die Ferienwohnung ist in der Nähe vom Strand ca 20 min zu Fuß. Es war in der Wohnung alles in Ordnung und man hatte alles zur Verfügung was man so braucht wie zb Geschirr, Liegen usw. Alles in einem waren wir zufrieden.

Die Wohnung enspricht zu 100% den Bildern auf der Internet Plattform. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene, 1 Kind und 1 kl. Hund. Grosses Wohnzimmer und zwei genügend grosse Schlafzimmer, mit jeweils Klimaanlage die tip-top funktionert. Kleiderwaschmaschine im Badezimmer sehr praktisch. Grosser Kühlschrank, in der Küche hat es alles was es braucht. Sehr grosse, offene Terrasse mit, Sonnenschirm, Grill, Gas inklusive. Äusserst ruhige, saubere Attikawohnung, inklusive Garagenplatz und Lift zur Wohnung, sehr wichtig. Hr. Rodriguez ist mehrsprachig, überaus nett und bietet seine Hilfe an, falls gewünscht. Le logement est très bien, il y a absolument tout ce qu'il faut et la clim était la bienvenue ! La terrasse est parfaite pour les petits déjeuners et les dîners. La localisation est top, on était à environ 15 min à pied de la plage, et tous les commerces sont à quelques minutes à pied ! Le propriétaire est très gentil et arrangeant. En bref nous recommandons fortement ce logement et nous y retournerons certainement !

Nous avons passé un trés bon séjour. L'appartement était très propre (un plaisir :))et bien équipé. Logement bien placé pour accéder à la mer et aux restaurants. Terrasse très agréable pour les petits déjeuners et dîners. Les propriétaires sont très charmants et arrangeants, ce qui est toujours appréciable 😊. Empuriabrava est une station balnéaire bien placée entre grandes plages, beau parc naturel magnifiques criques plus loin.

Au coeur de la marina
Appartement conforme à l'annonce, très bien équipé, avec un rooftop sans vis à vis. Proche de la plage et des commerces. Hôte présent à l'arrivée comme au départ, disponible. Sans aucune hésitation, une location à recommander, dans laquelle nous espérons revenir.

Empuriabrava pour nous était une première. La location est très bien. Il ne manque rien. Mr Rodriguez le propriétaire est une personne très sympathique et discrète mais disponible au moindre soucis. Je recommande vivement.

Bon appartement à Empuriabrava
Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine à Empuriabrava. L’appartement est fonctionnel, spacieux et très bien équipé, il nous manquait rien. Il correspond exactement aux photos. La climatisation dans les chambres était le bienvenu et le parking au sous-sol un confort apprécié. Nous avons bien profité de la grande terrasse et son barbecue. Le propriétaire est facilement joignable et nous a bien accueilli avec des bons plans et des idées de sorties aux alentours. Merci à François de votre accueil, nous reviendrons si on retourne dans cette région.

Appartement agréable. Equipements et emplacement conformes à la description, à 10 mn de la plage à pieds. Aucune mauvaise surprise. Nous avons été accueillis par la fille du propriétaire venue passer ses vacances à Empuriabrava, qui est une personne très agréable et sympathique (tout comme le propriétaire au téléphone), et qui n'a pas manqué de nous présenter l'appartement et les fonctionnalités des différents appareils. Les + : - Appartements qui ne manque de rien en termes d'équipements - Chaînes françaises TNT à la Télévision (aucun problème de réception à signaler) - Wifi haut débit partout dans l'appartement - Frigo spacieux - Fauteuils et canapé très confortable - Ascenseur à 3 mètres à côté de la porte d'entrée - Grande luminosité dans le salon et la cuisine - Climatisation chambres et salon - Quartier calme - Restaurants variés à proximité, balade d'1 h sur les canaux en bateau sans permis à 5 mn, supermarché et galeries commerçantes à environ 5 mn, pharmacie à environ 2 mn. Les - : - Débit d'eau de la douche un peu faible mais rien de vraiment gênant. En conclusion, je recommande et n'hésiterais pas à y retourner.

L'appartement est très spacieux et fonctionnel. Le quartier est calme. Tout est exactement comme sur l'annonce, il n'y a pas de mauvaises surprises. Je recommande vivement cet appartement . Le propriétaire est très sympa, nous avons eu un très bon accueil. Il y a de quoi s'occuper et beaucoup d'endroits à visiter dans la région.Beaucoup de restaurants sympas et pas chers en particulier le bar restaurant Philippe 2 au bord de la plage d'Empuriabrava. Très grande plage, ville propre et très jolie avec les canaux. A refaire sans problème

pour le logement en lui même rien a dire sinon qu' il est spacieux ; agréable ; clair ; il manque de rien ....sauf un peu de place dans les placards qui sont bien chargés !!! La grande terrasse serait trop géniale si elle avait une banne ou un très grand parasol Seul bémol : """le bruit de l'avenue Juan Carlos "" surtout la nuit .... Nous avons quand mème passés de superbes vacances !!!!!!! A refaire !!!

Superbe appartement
Location conforme à la description, propre et bien entretenue par un propriétaire accueillant et de bons conseils. Nous avons bien apprécié la clim dans l'appart clair et spacieux, vu la chaleur et le parking privé situé dans la résidence sécurisée. Ballade en bateau sans permis sur le canal, on se croyait à Venise, et très bonne boulangerie Française, ce qui est rare en Espagne. Je recommande cette location. Bons souvenirs de 2 semaines là-bas.
