    Immer wieder schön
    Wir sind zum dritten Mal da gewesen und haben inzwischen auch den Ort Castellina Marittima ins Herz geschlossen mit seinen „Bars“. Unser Hund freut sich auch, das große Grundstück bewachen zu dürfen.

    Wundervolles kleines Häuschen
    Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der kleinen aber feinen Unterkunft sehr genossen und können uns den Bewertungen unserer Vorgänger nur anschließen: der Blick ist atemberaubend, die Ruhe und absolute Einsamkeit großartig, für eine Reise mit Hund ist es aufgrund der Umgebung wie gemacht, die ca. 20-25minütige Fahrt zum Strand lohnt sich absolut, dort haben wir auch mit Hund schöne, wenig besuchte Strandabschnitte gefunde und die Lage ist für die gängigen Ausflugsziele in der Toskana ist optimal! Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist in der Tat abenteuerlich und holprig (keine befestigte Straße), aber auch mit einem vollgepackten VW-Bus zu meistern. Die Mücken haben uns ein wenig geärgert, aber das ändert nichts an unserer Bewertung für das schöne Häuschen, in dem wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben.

    absolut empfehlenswert
    Wir sind zum zweiten Mal mit unserem Hund dagewesen und haben den Aufenthalt wieder sehr genossen. Es ist ein wunderbarer Ort, um zur Ruhe zu kommen, dabei hilft auch der Blick aufs Meer und auf die wunderschöne Landschaft. Der nahegelegene Ort Castellina Marittima wirkt ursprünglich, man bekommt dort alles, was man braucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

    Kleines Häuschen in super Lage mit schöner Aussicht
    Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles da, was man für die Urlaubszeit benötigt. Das Haus steht frei auf einem großen Grundstück und man hat eine super Aussicht bis zum Meer. Auch und gerade für Urlauber mit Hund - aufgrund des riesigen, abgelegenen Grundstück - besten geeignet. Wir können die Unterkunft jedenfalls bestens empfehlen.

    Ruhige schöne Ambiente
    Lage und Gebäude wie beschrieben , abseits . Sehr ruhige Lage , man kann es Chat abschalten. Der Weg ist Ausbaufähig und sollte wenn nur mit einem SUV angefahren werden, bzw. Ein Auto was höher von der Bodenfreiheit ist. Gesamtbewertung gut , wir kommen wieder ,mit einem SUV😉

    Ein Ort, um zur Ruhe zu kommen
    Wir haben unseren Urlaub in dem Ferienhaus sehr genossen, ein guter Ort um zur Ruhe zu kommen, auch die Aussicht ist fabelhaft. Das Haus liegt ca. 25 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt zum Zentrum des Ortes Castellina Marittima, dort bekommt man alles, was man braucht. Das Haus bietet ebenfalls alles, was man braucht, unser Hund fühlte sich dort auch wohl. Lediglich die Arbeiten im Steinbruch in der Nähe waren manchmal störend. Ca. 1 Stunde vor unserer Abreise rannte unser Hund aufgrund eines lauten Knalls in Panik davon, bedauerlicherweise zog er die Bank, an der er befestigt war hinter sich her und zerstörte sie völlig, was uns natürlich sehr unangenehm war. Die Klärung mit dem Vermieter verlief unkompliziert und schnell, der Schaden konnte von uns schnell beglichen werden, wofür wir dankbar sind.

    Super séjour
    La maison paraît petite au premier abord mais est très bien agencée et propose tout l'équipement nécessaire pour un court séjour (machine à laver, cafetière, bbq, chaises longue), la vue à 180° est vraiment magnifique, des collines de Toscane jusqu'à Pise ainsi que la mer et l'île d'elbe ou la Corse par temps clair. La maison est accessible via une route qq peu cahoteuse, l'avantage c'est qu'on est vraiment au calme (idéal pour les citadins comme nous), coucher de soleil puis ciel étoilé incroyables également. Le village a proximité propose le nécessaire (boucherie, épiceries, bar pour le café et petit déjeuner) et permet d'entrer facilement en contact avec les habitants. Une petite remarque, le logement n'est pas (ou plus) équipé d'un téléviseur, un moindre mal en fin de compte pour passer des vacances reposantes (puis nous avons regardé la finale de l'euro sur l'écran géant sur la place du village, excellente expérience aussi :-). Stefania, le contact sur place a aussi été d'une grande aide et disponibilité pour nous indiquer les choses à voir dans le coin.

    Wunderschöne Lage
    Das Haus ist schön gelegen mit einem super Ausblick, leider ist unterhalb im Tal ein Steinbruch, sodass es etwas lauter war als erwartet. Die Anfahrt über den Feldweg war steil und holprig. Die Unterkunft ist bestens gelegen für Ausflüge in die Umgebung.

    Ideal für Familien. Absolut ruhig und großartiges Panorama
    Alleinstehendes kleines Häuschen mit allem was man braucht. Im nahen kleinen Ortszentrum gibt es absolut alles zu kaufen. Die Menschen sind sehr freundlich und da wir ein klein wenig italienisch sprechen können sind wir sofort mit den Einheimischen ins Gespräch gekommen. Das Meer ist in 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Es gibt sehr viel freien Strand und auch immer genug Parkplätze. Besonders erwähnenswert ist die fantastische Aussicht. Die Unterkunft ist zu 100 Prozent empfehlenswert.

    Das Häuschen ist klein aber fein.
    Für 4 Personen bietet das Haus nicht viel Platz. Vorsicht bei Anreise mit mehreren Kindern: Der obere Teil des Doppelstockbezttes hat keinen Rausfallschutz. Unser 2. Kind ist deshalb ins Wohnzimmer ausgewichen und hat dort geschlafen, was nicht weiter schlimm war. Auf der Miniterrasse sitzt man schattig und hat einen phantastischen Blick über die Hügel bis zum Meer. Man ist vollkommen allein. Also beste Bedingungen zum Abschalten vom Alltag. Das Wichtigste, was man so braucht, bekommt man in den Lädchen im Ort. Supermarkt ist mit dem Auto erreichbar. Zum Essen ist die Osteria Cavaiolo empfehlenswert, das Restaurant Papacqua eher nicht. Dort haben wir uns einen schlimmen Keim eingehandelt, der uns für mehrere Tage außer Gefecht setzte. Was im Haus leider fehlt, ist ein Geschirrspüler. Ansonsten alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert, vor allem die Ruhe. Stefania vor Ort war auch sehr nett und entgegenkommend.

    Wir fanden mit DIESEM Haus an DIESEM Ort ein kleines Paradies! La Piccola ist wie im Text beschrieben und auf den Fotos abgebildet. Der Ausblick ist einmalig und die Sonnenuntergänge gigantisch!!!! Stefania hat uns herzlich empfangen; sie ist sehr, sehr nett. Wer gerne wandert findet hinter Castellina Marittima reichlich Wege im Schatten. Der Strand in Vada ist mit knapp 20 KM zwar etwas weit weg, aber der weiße Sand und das saubere Wasser sind toll. Insgesamt können wir das Haus allen empfehlen, die Einsamkeit, Ruhe und Entschleunigung suchen. Wir werden bestimmt nochmal dort Urlaub machen!

    Abbiamo viaggiato in due con a seguito due cani. Ottima sistemazione, molto tranquilla, dotata di ogni comfort, con semplicità. Panorama mozzafiato. I dintorni sono molto belli e la gente molto ospitale. Nel periodo in cui abbiamo soggiornato c'era un bel festival musicale e molte sagre nei d'intorni. La signora responsabile ci ha spiegato tutto nel dettaglio con preziosi consigli. Molto disponibile ma allo stesso tempo discreta. Il giorno seguente alla nostra partenza nessuno aveva prenotato, il proprietario ci ha lasciato la casa per la giornata consentendoci di godere di altro sole. Consigliatissimo ma macchina indispensabile. Per chi viaggia con animali al seguito è perfetto, spiagge libere a 10 km aperte anche ai "pelosi". Non vediamo l'ora di tornare!!

    La Piccola is the perfect house for a couple or a family with two children. Due to the fact that from the small bedroom it is necessary to go through the master bed room to reach the living room and WC I wouldn't recommend it for two couples. The house is well equiped, very clean and the view is outstanding. WLAN wood be nice. For a small party renting Villa Serrantica and La Piccola at the same time, the information would be helpful that the two buildings are just 200m from each other but there is a steep hill in between. Mrs. Stephania, the caretaker, is extremely friendly and helpful. All in all we can highly recommend La Piccola.

    "Mooie, zeer vrij gelegen...
    "Mooie, zeer vrij gelegen bungalow bovenop een berg met > 180 graden vrij uitzicht op zee en tot aan de toren van Pisa (met verrekijker). Rondom het huis weiland, bossages en olijfbomen. Op een laat tijdstip gereserveerd, maar alles stipt op tijd in orde. Beheerder Stefia is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De nabij gelegen Knauffabriek met afgraving leverde geen geluidoverlast op. Al met al prima een verblijf met veel privacy."
