"Reception staff was helpful. Breakfast was good. But someone kept on smoking weed in the room on our floor which created a very strong odour even though the hotel had no smoking policy. No action from staff. Plus only one lift was working during our whole stay of 5 days. "

"Close to the metro which was perfect. The twin bed was awesome for our daughter. The bathroom light flickered and was annoying. They cleaned the room everyday but still didn’t really feel clean "
