"I booked two rooms and one of the rooms had non-working A/C and a back door to a common veranda that wasn't possible to lock. The management promised to refund the room but no refund was made. Hotels.com told me the property refused to refund. They had washer and dryers that automatically shut off at night making it impossible to open up the washer door to retrieve your clothes - the door was locked as the program wasn't finished. When I tried to call them for support, I got no answers. Location...

The owners are wonderful and make it such a great experience - they offer so many services (like beautiful breakfasts, dinners, yoga classes, wine tours, anything you could want!) and the property itself is so charming and relaxing. "I booked this property so that I could join friends in a neighbouring village for a celebration. The property was quite basic for my taste and in a more rural area than I would have liked especially as I was driving on narrow country roads at night to return to the property. Thankfully it was a quiet enough area. The host Laura was very friendly and helpful. The apartment had everything that you needed but for my taste very basic. The garden area was nice and quiet.
