"The hotel facility is lovely and updated and the staff was polite and kind, without exception. We were very happy with the room with the only exception being that the air conditioning wasn't cool enough for comfortable sleeping. The public spaces are lovely and the breakfast room and offering is exceptional. The hotel has good external lighting at night, adding to a feeling of safety. "

"This hotel was fantastic and we definitely didn't expect it for the price we paid. It was so clean, the staff were friendly, we had everything we needed, they even gave us complimentary drinks on arrival. Breakfast was amazing as well. We arrived late and went to the restaurant so our son could eat, when we said we really didn't want to eat anything, the staff offered to make us whatever we wanted. They were all so lovely. I hope I get to stay again someday. "

"Grand old style hotel in the very heart of Turin. Our room was charming and spacious with high ceilings, period furniture and shuttered french doors to a small balcony. Parking under the adjacent square was convenient albeit expensive."
